I was receiving great care there. Then, they started canceling my appointments and not telling me until I arrived. Dr. Lublin got into an accident and they suddenly became impossible to get in contact with. I paid over $9000 for dental work that is now unfinished and they are not contacting me to let me know what is what. I have called, left voicemails, emailed them, and actually gone to the office only to find the gate down. I was supposed to have a cleaning done today. However, as you can see from the picture below, the gate is down. According to their informational voice message to their patients, the office was supposed to re-open for business on August 1st. Today is the 24th. I can understand if Dr. Lublin is still hurt and cannot perform his duties, but what I do NOT understand is no one responding or giving any information to the patients. They don't even have a sign on the gate! I actually like Dr. Lublin and wish him well. I don't know whose fault this all is, but at this point it doesn't matter and this is just plain old bad business. this dentist office will pocket unnecessary money from you for "exams" and also do alot of "under the table" things here, I was asked to cash app one of the students for a teeth cleaning, let alone the professionalism here is that of a street cart, these people are rude, homophobic, unprofessional, and have very nasty attitudes when all they should be doing and concerned about is helping the community they are located in, no one should ever be denied a service that is part of their basic human rights because of who they are nor how they appear! This was my first visit to Dynamic Dental. I Didn't receive medical treatment, only xrays, so my review is based on first impressions. I'll start with the facility. The waiting area and exam room appear very clean and organized. There was ample seating. Though the office was busy (9:30 a.m.) average wait times seem minimal 5 to 10 mins. My wait was longer since the office was busy, and they were creating my file. A tip: Complete your paperwork online and scrutinize it for completion. Both dentists I saw were really nice. Great bedside manner, very professional, and put me at ease. The PAs were equally sweet, charming, efficient, and professional. The front desk staff were welcoming. I didn't catch her name, but she gave me a "Welcome to Dynamic Dental" greeting so full of gusto that it made me smile. I tried to get appointments for my family members, but they don't accept their insurance. Obviously, I highly recommend this office. read more

high way robbery, I went to Dynamic dental for a cleaning 1-2 days later I was in a lot a pain , I scheduled an appointment to go back to find out why am I in pain after a cleaning . i was scheduled.I had a dental tech look in my mouth and said my bridge was bad and I would need it replaced for $9000 I later went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told a hole like a nail was drilled in my bridge that looked very suspicious. when I asked this new dental a price for replacement i was told $3000 . my point is dynamic dental is the only dentist I have ever gone to , how did I get a hole in a bridge . very suspicious!!! and ask my to pay $9000 for a replacement. read more

This place is after money! They do not care about your smile. I was charged over 26,000 for 1/3 of my mouth to have implants installed. In the process.. I had a whole bridge come out from the constant impressions they do. My mouth still looks horrible and I can't get any other work done until I finish paying. I was told by Dr. Lublin that I was charged for a "lite" case which does not include moving my molars and would cost me an additional $2,500 to correct. At no time did I request a "lite case" and wasn't privy to that or made known of the risk that I would be left with a huge space in my molars (which I did not have prior). I have been coming here for over 10 years, but recently the change in new staff has been ridiculous to deal with. There is one in particular (Lita) that answers the phone who has zero phone etiquette and is rude whenever I have called. Absolutely no training and very unprofessional. Acts as though she is too good to be courteous to customers and is above her station. She is as useful as a bag of nails without a hammer. According to her I cannot get an appointment on Saturday's with Dr. Lublin now because they close at 1PM. The lack of flexibility is a reason I will be finding a dentist that is closer to my location. These unprofessional staff is the reason I cannot deal with the headache of coming to this office. My advice is to find staff that is professional and can deal with paying customers. read more

I paid $5000 for Invisalign aligner. They told me very nice things at the beginning before I paid them the money. But after I paid them the money then they gave me very bad treatment. My teeth didn't get aligned and the gap is still there. When I went back to them, they said I have to pay again $2000 more. They said they gave me all the aligners for the treatment. But they didn't say at the beginning that they will provide only a fixed amount of aligner for the treatment and if I require more aligners then I have to pay more. At the beginning they said that the whole treatment was on the deal and we don't have to pay again. Now they are saying different things and they are saying that they can't treat a patient for life. They care only money. They don't care about you as soon as you pay them money. Don't go to this dentist or any dental clinic that is run by this dentist. read more

Worst dentist ever especially for the cdg grant. They try to tell you what to get and if you dont comply. The partial grant goes towards your treatment. Treatment meaning basic root canal fillings and some insurance crowns. With that out of the way the cosmetics grant should cover the work. Nope. They bill it with your insurance not even a denture. I have details to this story. All I am saying anyone going through the grant. Stay away. They want you to spend some type of money out of pocket. This place is full of crooks. I don't know who is running the business but they need to get it together. The staff were not too bad but I told them I did not want a specific procedure done. I made an appointment for what I thought was going to be a regular cleaning. It was not. Then of course they couldn't fit me in for a cleaning. This the worse dental place ever. Please I advise you to don't go there i went for an implant and they messed up my front tooth and I have to fix what they messed up because now i am losing bone in that implant, they placed a oversize implant there and didn't even place in right. So now I have to get it fix and it cost over $8,000. Dr. Luklin promotes great dental work and the best implant parts which is so false. If that was the case then I wouldn't be in this position. Going to this dentist was the worst mistake of my life to date. Truly. I had veneers done by Mr. Lublin in February 2017 and they're way too large and the color doesn't match the rest of my teeth. He didn't make the process personal at all, and didn't seem to listen to me when I expressed what I wanted in my new smile. He also let his dental assistant (or dental student? I never learned this person's title) put on my temporary teeth, which were horrible. So horrible, in fact, that Mr. Lublin asked me to come in a week after they were placed on rather than two weeks later like previously planned. Well, I came in a week later only to see that the veneers that were created for me were MASSIVE. I was unhappy with the size of the teeth and refused to have them placed on, and Mr. Lublin seemed annoyed. So, I had temporary teeth on for another two-and-a-half weeks (I ended up losing 10 lbs since I couldn't bite down into anything for almost a month). When I had the new veneers placed on, I didn't like those, either, but this entire process had taken such a large mental and physical toll on me that I just wanted to get it over with. I was the last patient he saw that day and he must've just been completely over it, because he sent me away with cement still between all of my new teeth. He told me he was "unable to remove the cement at that time" but after speaking to a few other dentists, I learned that the cement is suppose to be removed soon after the veneers are placed on. I then had to come in for a separate appointment for him to remove the cement, yet, there is STILL cement between my teeth, and flossing is nearly impossible. I'm surprised that I haven't developed a gum infection yet, since my gums aren't able to properly "breathe" with this much cement between my teeth. I did express my grievances to he and his staff several months ago and he asked me to come in to have my teeth looked at again, but I no longer trust Mr. Lublin to go anywhere near my mouth. The fact that he allowed me to leave his office with excess cement in my teeth--which should've been removed the night of my procedure--is telling enough. I could sit here and call him names out of anger, but I believe my story speaks for itself. Now, I have to pay my teeth off in the next few years and likely have them redone by someone else who will actually deliver quality results. Lastly, before I even had the procedure done, his staff also failed to tell me that I would be paying off my teeth with a Care Credit credit card (had I known this before, I wouldn't have gone through with the procedure) that has a 27% interest rate if not paid off in full after 1.5 years. Literally, my balance went from owing $2,700 in May 2018 to now (August 2018) owing $4,500--and the worst part is that I owed $4,800 to begin with. I'm amused by some of the negative reviews of this dental office. First of all, there's a reason there is a long wait: Dr. Adam Lublin is hands-down the best, most professional/friendly dentist I have ever met [I'm 58 years old, and have had some doozies in my day!] Come with a good book or podcast, and relax into the fact that you may not be called for a long while. Second of all, whoever has the audacity to complain about the customer service staff is obviously showing up with a chip on his or her shoulder. These ladies are the finest in the business, especially Nalini and Soma, who always greet me by name and seem genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Oh, by the way, I walk in with a friendly smile and am nice to them; maybe that is why I am treated so well? Ponder that. Last but not least, I was so terrified of having an extraction that I put it off for over a year, making up excuses like getting called in to work. I finally bit the bullet [so to speak!] and went through with it yesterday. Soma gave me an appropriate and humorous ribbing about finally mustering up the courage and even said, "just relax, Dr. Lublin has done many many of these, you're in good hands, don't think about it, it will be over before you know it." Thank God for Soma. And she was right. The jovial yet highly focused Dr. Lublin and his wonderfully sweet - yet also skilled assistant, Eddy, got that tooth out in about 5 minutes, gave me a set of explicit instructions for what to do next [antibiotics, et al] and here's the best part: they were able to place the anchor for a new implant at the very same time! So now instead of having to do that in a separate procedure, it's done. Why anyone would complain about this place boggles my mind. read more

I am a patient of Dr. Lublin coming from Brentwood Long island. I came to this surgeon for one purpose.. the dental grant. He promoted great dental work for a fraction of the cost. But at this rate I would have rather paying full cost. His office is complete mayhem. You are waiting HOURS to be seen. I'm writing this review as I sit and wait to be seen. I travel an hour and 15 mins to make it on time to wait an hour. I have come several times to finish my dental work and each time Dr. Lublin delays the progress with bullshit excuses. Wasting more of my time. As far as the dental work he has done is mediocre I needed 3 implants and braces I began the process December of 18 I was told it would take a year to complete. I am now in November and I am not even half way done I have two implant post showing the third hasn't been put in. Just makes you insecure. Eh. I like this place and I don't for several reasons. The office is really big and clean, I work in a dental office and for me cleanliness is very important it's the first thing patients notice when they first come in. Now let me emphasize the office being big part. Seeing as how the office is pretty big and has a lot of rooms you would think that you would not be in and out, that never happens anywhere you go but not there for a long time waiting and waiting and waiting. You would think they would give out some snacks or something ? I called the office because I had an appointment I could not make and it was to pick up more invisalign trays. I asked them if my boyfriend could come pick it up and when I called them to tell them to have it ready that he would be coming they sounded as if I was bothering them over the phone. Didn't even end the conversation with a bye or have a nice day just said okay and hung up. I didn't like that, I would never do that at my job. The dentist and the hygienist are great! The receptionist with the locs has a smart mouth that is uncalled for. I was late for my appointment. I asked her if the doctor would still be able to see me. She told me while still sitting in her chair, that I couldn't be seen before she even tried to ask the doctor. She proceeds to tell me that she has a schedule to keep. Understandable! BUT there is no one in the waiting room but me! At 4:00. I'm in awe, like my mouth is already bothering me from work that I got done and she cuts me off saying I don't know why you telling me about something that doesn't have to with this. I looked at her with a evil glare and she gets up and walks to the back towards the doctor. What do you know I'm seen by the doctor the very same moment. Like how dare you cut me off with what I'm saying. If one thing is hurting me in my mouth and I'm telling you something else is wrong with my mouth it has everything to do with right now. If I can get one thing relieved than I'm a bit more comfortable. But she just wanted to be a rude petty woman! Then gonna tell me I can't be on the phone once I go to the back ( being petty because I've done it before). My phone rings and guess who says hey answer your phone, the doctor. I hate when people don't just do there jobs. This whole review could have been avoided if she just did her job in the first place. Don't make the doctors decisions for them, go inquire and let the client know.
