He told me it would cost an extra $100 for the expense of the board replacement. I agreed and told him the location of a local building supply company so that he could purchase that board. He left for a while, came back and I assumed he replaced the board as he stated needed to be done. He then replaced the shingles so at that point, I assumed the board was replaced as that is what he stated needed to be done. Imagine my surprise when we have our entire roof replaced recently by a different roofing company. They showed me what they found in that exact same spot. THE HOLE was still there. He did not cut it out and replace the wood as he charged me to do. Very unethical business practice, to charge for something not even done... thinking we'd never find out. Unless we had the roof replaced...

While talking, they mentioned they could also get a piece of missing siding replaced! I had a piece that I bought as the wrong color wanting to replace it myself, but didn't have a ladder tall enough. This was a no brainer to go with them, since they could get all of our needs met in one visit and had availability to do everything within a few days of me calling. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed things like incorrect screws keeping them up, and went ahead and replaced them for us! They also fixed some of our shingles on the roof line that were popping up behind the gutter so that they lay flat again. They did a great job cleaning, cleaned up the job site, and the siding looks amazing. I am SO happy to have all of these things done! They did this all for a great price and were in and out in 2 hours. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that all of these things are finally done. PLEASE call these guys for your exterior needs, they're worth it! I will definitely be using them for years to come! THANK YOU!!!

Loved the new roof, after the bad hell storm, we hired ATW after an inspection of the damages. Greyson, no longer with them as he moved away for family, came out inspected our roof. He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. We went with the light gray roof. Love this company, and have already told my family and friends about them.
