They not only took care of me, my car and the issues, but they even went above board in fixing an alignment issue with the undercarriage at no extra cost!!! I was beyond grateful for their ordering the parts I needed, fixing the issues, and doing it for a price which was manageable. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was let go from the job.... but at least I have car working, the A/C is working, the bumper and fender are fixed, and the windshield wiper receptacle. Cassie was nice enough to wait at the shop until I could come and retrieve my car after 5 p.m. Prompt service, great customer service, and caring individuals. On September 9, 2026, I brought my BMW 340I into Renn Haus to get an alignment. During the…read morealignment, Renn Haus performed an inspection of my vehicle and its mechanical components. I drove the car straight home. The next time I drove the car was September 15, 2026. As I drove the vehicle to Tampa on I-75, I first noticed the steering wheel being off and then I noticed a clicking sound coming from the front end of my vehicle. Upon arrival at my destination I jacked the front of my vehicle up and found the front wheels to have play. I took the wheels off and found both tie rods to be finger tight. Upon closure inspection I found the bushings on both tie rods to now have been blown out. I took the vehicle home, parked it and ordered new tie rods. I installed the tie rods on September 18, 2026, and brought the vehicle back to Renn Haus on Monday September 21, 2026, to get the vehicle re-aligned. I was told that they would not do the alignment as I was trying to get one over on them. They said they mark each tie rod to show they are torqued to spec. Firstly, the tie rods were not marked (I still have them both). Secondly, If the tie rods were bad in the first place Renn Haus' inspection should have identified the issue. It is apparent that Renn Haus' inspection did not find the bushings to be blown out. Lastly, If the tie rods were fine, why would I have to replace them? Extremely unsafe and dangerous!! I'll give it to Renn Haus, their garage is beautiful and clean but clearly their mechanical abilities are beyond lacking. I would not recommend Renn Haus even for a simple task such as an alignment.
