We got an estimate, which assured us the full damaged item would be repaired. Upon picking up the car, the car's corner was repaired EXCEPT for the scratch on the lower plastic bumper cover. We were quoted over $800 and told this would repair the damage. Upon picking up the car, was told that to repair that scratch would be over $150 additional. The manager would not stand by his word that all the damage would be repaired for his quoted estimate. Bait and switch.

They don't answer calls, they don't return messages. I had to go up there everyday to get answers. They will lie repeatedly to you about when you vehicle will be done then when you get it back it will be messed up. My vehicle was in better shape before the accident. The paint doesn't match. They used a totally different white, they didn't connect wires back , blown taillight on a "new" taillight, they damaged my headliner also. They could care less about you or your car. It's basically a chop shop.
