Nick was very helpful in straightening out the problem on my cheap Schwinn bicycle. It was shipped to me, and it turned out that the directions didn't account for warped tires or fenders out front true. Nick figured out the problem, and carefully foxed what was fixable, and explained what wasn't, I bought a bell, and asked about racks: he discussed what was available , and invited me to call again when I bought what I wanted, so he could help install it. Aiden provided excellent service and advice for my Stumpjumper Expert. I came in wanting to upgrade to an electronic derailleur. He showed me options that would work well with my bikes level. It was a Saturday at before 8am and they welcomed up in and I think they don't open until later. Dominic was so helpful in answering all of our questions, and we are definitely happy with our purchase of two Specialized e-bikes. Whenever you purchase a new complex item with a lot of moving parts, there are adjustments and they happily and immediately took care of anything we brought to their attention, and haven't needed anything since. I drove over to Scottsdale this morning to ride with my friend and celebrate her boyfriend's 15th place at the one and only Giro d'Italia. Me being my typical dumb self left my front thru axle in a bike box at home an hour away, so we decided to see if the local bike shop had any extra laying around. They didn't have any compatible axles, but they quickly set me up on one of their sick rental gravel bikes (which was perfect for the local trails) Dynamite Bike Lab saved my butt! I would avoid this place like the covid. There have kids running this place and I found even the mom owner very untruthful, and that is being very kind. I have never had any disagreement with them until they started lying about the timing of the work they were suppose to do. They promised it within 5 days, but then said they had 30 bikes in front of mine and that "they'll get to it eventually". When I asked if he took his car to a shop and they told him they would get to it eventually, would that be acceptable? Then he hung up on me. Left clip on my e-bike was too tight and couldn't be adjusted because of a stripped nut. They ordered me a new one, delivered in less than 24hrs., replaced and called me that it was ready. So glad that DBL moved into the Brown's Ranch area as we have never had a bike shop closer than Cave Creek and south in Scottsdale. The Preserve riders are so fortunate to have this gem located nearby!! Wishing them much success so stop in and check them out! My experience with them. . . Had a tour at Brown's Ranch, had a mechanical issue and was in a super rush. Went up to Dynamite Bike Lab and was instantly greeted by several really willing customer service people! The issue was beyond repair . Understanding my tour situation, they offered a free rental so I could proceed with my tour. Unfortunately/fortunately the bike fit me dangerously well : ) (ELEMENT) and I had a fabulous ride on it!! I agree with the other negative reviews. The location is convenient but the service is terrible. They don't seem to know much about the bikes they sell and worse, they are not interested at all in doing repairs. They couldn't give me any estimate and were rude when I tried to press them on timing. I went up the street and got great service at airpark. They are much more experienced and polite. And yes, there were only some kids working here when I stopped in. read more

I stopped by today with my wife while we were riding in the area. I needed some air and a refill of sealant in my rear tire. We traveled to Arizona from Colorado and brought our mountain bikes with us to check out some trails. When we arrived, my wife's dropper seat didn't work. We needed it fixed same day, and Dom fixed it on the spot. Everyone in the shop was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and we truly appreciated their willingness to jump in and fix the dropper seat right away so we could get out on the trails.
