Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service was a performed efficiently, accurately and at a reasonable price. I loved the shop where I bought my Aventon Level.2 but it is a very long way from my home and I would have to take my bike there on a rack. before I even got my bike in the shop, someone came out and told me they were unable to service my bike. They have a policy not to service bikes that they don't sell. I was so startled. I didn't even get to ask my question about simple service not even the electronics. I called back later just see if they even look at gears and almost rudely was told we do not service that brand of bike. Very disappointed. read more

We just bought our 2nd E-bike here - great selections, the accessories too, they have everything. The best part is the knowledge, professionalism and down-right friendly staff (that you again Andrew!). They also have a service package which is great if you're like me and want that tune-up, fix the flat and other services at super low prices. I went with the Aventon Ramblas and the price from these guys was right there, and lower than other places. I've been to a few shops in my day, but these guys are great and they focus on E-bikes - why would anyone buy a bike that's not electric these days!? Well done guys! read more

Bike shops are gonna be 1.5x-2x more expensive compared to doing everything through Amazon, but if you're looking to get something fast and want to talk to someone who knows their stuff, go here. First, the staff at this shop is wonderful. I bought an e-bike from them when I couldn't find any other nice road e-bikes in this area (they have a huge inventory). The Specialized Creo I bought is SWEEEEET! Unfortunately, it had a faulty motor but the guys got it switched out quickly so I could take it on my summer road trip. Then we had a stupid car accident in a parking garage that literally tore the fork off the bike. I was heartbroken! I consulted a bike shop in the state where we were traveling to get it fixed so I could still ride during the trip. They made it obvious they didn't have time to help me. I called the guys at Erik's back in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Andrew was so kind and helpful, assuring me they'd do whatever it took to get me riding again as soon as I got back. And they did! I just got the repaired bike back yesterday after Jason fixed it beautifully. I took a ride this morning and it's like the accident never happened. I absolutely love my Specialized Creo and am thrilled to have a great shop to help me keep it on the road. I would give them 500 stars if it was possible! read more

We went to Erik's not knowing what we needed or how an E-bike would work. They let us browse without being hounded, then answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations on products. We greatly enjoyed working with them and their tech shop had me up and peddling with all my snazzy accessories the very next day.
