There are an overwhelming amount of things to consider when purchasing a home for personal or investment purposes. Leslie was always there for us, and has impeccable taste and business acumen. When starting to work with Leslie 2 years ago, we let her know we weren't in a hurry and wanted to wait for the perfect property. She is excellent at what she does and actually the first property she showed (which was off market and only available through her connections) was our dream. She quickly showed us a curated collection of homes to make sure we were making the right decision. (She is purely dedicated to her clients making the right decision for their future, we never once felt rushed.) The seller ultimately ended up not moving forward for personal reasons, which we were fine with because we didn't expect to find our dream home so quickly! Throughout the next year of casual searching we ironically ended up on the same street of the first house Leslie showed us. It wouldn't have been possible with out her! We are truly grateful! I definitely can't forget to mention we have seen her first hand in multiple negotiations, where she is a class act and delivered a successful outcome. She never set us up to get alerts so we found this house on our own and told her. She never called us with suggestions or possibilities and did nothing to explain to us how different the closing processes would be here for us in Texas since we did move from out of state. Maybe she was just too busy with folks who were spending more money for a house. There was an issue with the roof and her follow up within was not! We have been in our new home for just over six months, so I have waited to post this review. So, no, can not recommend her at all!

Cindy was great the whole time. During my time looking at homes, she listened to what I wanted and we customized what houses we would be looking at or not looking at from our list as we went along and I could see more of what I wanted and what I didn't. Cindy flexed and flowed the whole time, listening and making suggestions based on my various requests. This was a learning process for me too since it was my first home-buying experience. NOW for the real good stuff- Tia was able to use an offer we put on one house and we're in discussion with to use that to get us our house under asking & quickly. Tia was able to negotiate our house $34,000 UNDER asking, she got us to have the seller pay $10,000 towards closing costs (huge help for us) AND got us a 45 day close versus 30 day close (we needed extra time to get out of our apartment). She also assisted with getting a few things fixed from what came up in the inspection & all little minor fixes she was able to get the seller to fix for us pre-move in.
