We met Don Moriarity back in July at an older home we saw online that we were interested in. Upon meeting Don we could tell he was an agent we could trust and respect. After the review of the home we informed him of our interest. However, the home would need some serious repairs based on price. The following items required attention: carpets needed replacing, toilets replaced, painting throughout the house and a thorough cleaning of the house was needed, etc. Although these items were needed we looked past these faults and still pursued the home because of our faith in Don. He worked diligently to get the home ready. We patiently waited over 2 weeks to move in past our original due date after several of the items were approved by owner for completion.
