There was a special girl, Karli Williams in particular. She was incredible. Super high energy, and it came from within. When I walked in she would smile with love and make u feel like u wanted to come here. Like it was home. Then the few times that I need to change my appointment; she called other patients to see if they were able and comfortable to switch around. To accommodate me. So that means that she would so the same for others. She was the nicest, sweetest front person who greets that i have ever encountered in my life. I am 68 so I have had many experiences with front office receptionist. Never have I met anyone like her. Then I find she is leaving. I was floored... How could she be leaving when she is the root of the front?? I am not sure of the circumstances, but I believe it is from higher up. Well to u higher up people, u will be so sorry for her leaving. She should be managerial position. Your loss!!!! She knows how to work with people and always with a smile. U truly made the worst business decision in your life. So, I will not be returning as many others because of your poor decisions to let a fantastic employee go. I am a business woman. I went there twice a week for 8 weeks for my back and my shoulder and never improved. The therapists take care of two patients at the same time, and they are cleaning equipment and beds all the time so they are not focused on helping the patient, they are running and impatient. I ended going to the Weston Krupta center and began improving immediately. Beware of this place. You deserve better care.

I paid $150 and then a month or so later I got an invoice for $150. When I met the nurse practitioner, she was pleasant. I picked up my equipment, dropped it off at the emergency room, and got the results via email, but they were vague. I wasn't happy about that. I felt like I did not get straightforward results, and it was a waste of time. I'm going to follow up because I was not satisfied with the outcome.
