I needed some old VHS tapes converted to digital, and before I got to Dataworks a couple of other…read morecompanies refused to convert my tapes, one gave me ridiculous price estimate and the other insisted that tapes are bad and they might damage their equipment (sounded like a total bs, but whatever). Marc and his team at Dataworks took the tapes and converted them quickly for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but when something happened with the flash drive I left them they replaced it with another bigger size drive to store my converted files. First time in years I felt like business cares about their customers, an extremely rare occasion these days in NYC.
