    Scheduled Dynasty Movers via UHaul & I'm satisfied with the service they provided. We moved out of a 4 bedroom & 2 full bath home. My scheduled time was from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (2 hours) & the job was completed by 12:51 PM. The movers did come slightly late but I was aware of the situation prior to arrival as they were finishing up another job elsewhere. I cannot think AJ & Mark for their hard work & dedication. They did so amazing and I would say did 85% of the work while the other movers we booked came at the end tail of our moving process. Truly AJ & Mark are so great at their job & remained professional/efficient through it all. They both handled our items with care & you could absolutely tell it's muscle memory for them. The only downfall that I've encountered was the communication with booking the company. They are very hard to reach; however once you do reach them, they are so helpful. Patient with answering my questions & they make changes quickly (I initially booked for April 4th) but changed to the week before (March 28th). They are fairly busy so I'm thankful they were able to fit us in. Totally worth the money spent for their time & labor! I appreciate the hard work placed during our POD loading process!

    Won't allow me to do 0*... see photos for detailed timeline with dates and times. Too much detail in the review for the system to allow it to be posted. We have hired Dynasty Movers multiple times but the last two times have cemented the fact that they will be the last times we hire them. While the first few times they gave great service and were affordable, they were always late. We always let that slide as we figured the quality and speed of the movers were enough to ignore it. However, the last two bookings were not acceptable. I also want to be very clear, I have text messages and messages with my family to back up everything listed below, time and date stamps included. The absolute lack of communication and lack of respect is appalling. We took time off of work, spent money on the u-haul, and ended up having to move it all ourselves. We were hoping the issue we had back in June was a one-off issue but the fact that we had issues with them again make us wonder if this is the new norm for this company. While they were always running late, we never had an issue with their service. Sadly we can no longer say that and we will no longer recommend them. While mechanical issues happen, they could have found a way. Uber exists, taxis exist, there are other people in this company than just these two individuals. Heck, they could have asked us if we could pick them up and we would have. We needed the help but their only answer was that they couldn't do it and they'd call us back but they waited 3 hours to do that.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They hit my car on the freeway and refused to give me their insurance info. I've been trying to contact them without a response. The only way I got them to reply to me was by telling them I called the police. They still refuse to give me their insurance info and pay for $5,000+ worth of damage to my car. I've read other reviews expressing similar situations. Horrible people & frauds!

    They say they MAY be 30 minutes late!!! They never showed up!

    Made an appointment. Had already paid them through U-haul. They never showed up. They were supposed to be here at 4:00. By 6 pm they said they were behind! You think!

From the beginning, we were given very clear expectations: one full day for packing, one full day for moving and setup, and a team of five experienced, professional movers. Unfortunately, almost none of these promises were honored. On packing day, five crew members arrived, but one was completely unproductive and left within an hour, stating it was his last day. The remaining crew failed to inform us that we were only allotted five hours to pack a fully furnished five-bedroom home--an unrealistic and unacceptable limitation. As a result, only about 50% of the packing was completed, with the remainder pushed to the next day. The following day was even more chaotic. Due to miscommunication from their office, the crew went back to the old house instead of continuing work at the new one. To make matters worse, one crew member showed up intoxicated, forcing my husband to personally drive him back to the office. This left us short-staffed and further delayed. Throughout the day, a new supervisor repeatedly warned us that they would have to leave by 5 PM due to "hour limitations," despite the incomplete work. We ended up packing much of the kitchen and bedroom items ourselves just to keep things moving. At the new house, the situation deteriorated further. The supervisor and another crew member left without informing us, abandoning the job mid-process. If not for two crew members, Conor and AJ--who, despite being exhausted, worked hard and showed professionalism--we would have been completely stranded. Additionally, our hardwood vintage bedframe was broken during the move. There are several scratches on the floor in the new house, we are missing several of our expensive shoes. We are still in the process of unpacking, not sure what else we might discover. It has now been over a week, and we have yet to hear from the claims department, despite expecting follow-up. Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and stressful experience, marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver on basic commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were also VERY careful with our things. When moving, you always expect some things to be scratched or small things broken, just by the nature of moving - but that really was not the case after Roland moved our things. Plus, they said they would be there at 10 A.M. and they were there at 9:58 A.M.! We had two spaces that we needed their help with: Unloading into our storage unit and into our apartment... on the third floor. There were no complaints from his guys and for both locations they were EFFICIENT even on a hot and humid day. I should also mention there was a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and we noticed! Roland also was great in guiding his guys on how to move or lift things properly if there was any question. He did not leave them to their own devices if there was a heavy or unwieldy item. We will have to move again in a few months and we will absolutely be starting with Roland, if his team is available. Honestly, I'd be willing to rearrange our move schedule just to know that Roland could be able to move us.

It's been over a year since we began the sale process, and I have yet to receive a single dollar from her, despite her records showing nearly $30,000 in sales. At this point she is unresponsive. After running a background report on Shelly Ruwe, I found dozens of judgments against her dating back to the early 2000s. People sued her for not paying for goods and services, both in small claims court and civil court. Do not trust her with your belongings, property, or money.

They said their truck broke down. The office was going to send other movers over. I tried calling the office. No answer. Finally about 3:30 I received a text from the office, canceling the move. I was left with a truck full of furniture and no movers. Thank goodness I finally was able to find other movers. So if you need movers to load or unload your truck, do NOT schedule with this company. Moving day is stressful enough without adding this kind of BS!

Getting in touch with the team was a challenge, as the people you call are the same people working. So, expect to get voicemail and returned calls late. We had enough time, so delays were not a problem. Packing was efficient and effective. They worked quickly, had everything they needed, and nothing was missing or broken. Loading and unloading involved seasoned workers who knew what they were doing. They loaded and unloaded the same day, which was tough for the size of our house. They misjudged what their trucks could hold and brought a third. No damage to either house or to our things, which is rare. Also, the team was trustworthy. They did not take anything for themselves. The cost estimate was significantly off. The move cost twice what we expected. We did ask them to pack more than we told them at the quote. But, the sticker-shock was palpable. It cost several thousand more than quoted. But, they didn't damage anything as we moved from one 100 yr old house to another. 3.75 stars. Degrades due to cost.

At 215 I head heard nothing and I could not get ahold of anyone at the office (it was a Sunday). At 245 I had assumed they were no shows so I started moving things on my own.
