They were only about 10. They sent 3 guys instead of 2 for no extra charge! Got the truck completed unloaded and into our home in just a couple hours - more than worth the few hundred bucks and the tip we gave them. read more

Hired through MovingHelp. Movers showed up without equipment and were not careful. Hurried, dropped things, broke things, damaged hallway walls. All to pack a pod. When the pod arrived there was quite a bit of damage due to poor packing and handling. I had bought a couple dozen blankets to cover furniture. They were barely used. I had bought a mattress protector bag and showed it to their lead guy twice. He forgot to use it. Mattress arrived dirty from pod. Lightweight fragile boxes were placed under heavy boxes. A fragile painting box was jammed into a space too small. Wood furniture and painted furniture were placed wedged against each other, damaging both prices. Furniture with glass was not wrapped and more glass broke. Tried to contact owner and no response. Scammers at best. read more

I thought the 3 person crew did a great job. I was really impressed. UNTIL everything was unloaded. Many of the furniture pieces are damaged. Scratches and marks/chips in wood items, leather furniture has punctures. We had 4 dozen furniture pads as well as moving wrap. The loaders didn't use any of the wrap and apparently not enough padding. Strap marks and dirt on my sofas, crushed totes due to improper loading and stacking. I can't recommend them considering how many items are now marred/damaged. read more

Horrible company- work with literally anyone else. I booked these guys through my U-Haul rental. U-Haul's site shows they have many 5 star reviews which I can only assume is a scam. What went wrong? They were 3 hours late with no notice until I contacted them. Once they arrived, the crew smelled so intensely of weed that I imagine all 3 were high. They ignored my direction to prioritize loading the large items I needed help with and instead loaded the items I had set in a different area that I specifically told them to load last. They ran out of room to load everything and I ended up having to pay to keep the truck longer and beg other people to help me move because they left after a single load. Several of my items were damaged and ruined. I watched them literally throwing things into the moving truck and they didn't use a single moving blanket that I provided and pointed out to them. They damaged the property I moved out of- hitting the wall hard enough to make a hole in the drywall. After this move, I have received nude photos from a random number that I suspect to be one of the crew members. Stay as far away as you can from this company. read more

Terrible communication. I scheduled through MovingHelp (UHaul), and was told they did not provide service to my city on that day, but could come another day. I did not have many options, so said ok. And then did not hear back again, even after calling, texting, and emailing to confirm. Scheduled Dynasty Movers via UHaul & I'm satisfied with the service they provided. We moved out of a 4 bedroom & 2 full bath home. My scheduled time was from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (2 hours) & the job was completed by 12:51 PM. The movers did come slightly late but I was aware of the situation prior to arrival as they were finishing up another job elsewhere. I cannot think AJ & Mark for their hard work & dedication. They did so amazing and I would say did 85% of the work while the other movers we booked came at the end tail of our moving process. Truly AJ & Mark are so great at their job & remained professional/efficient through it all. They both handled our items with care & you could absolutely tell it's muscle memory for them. The only downfall that I've encountered was the communication with booking the company. They are very hard to reach; however once you do reach them, they are so helpful. Patient with answering my questions & they make changes quickly (I initially booked for April 4th) but changed to the week before (March 28th). They are fairly busy so I'm thankful they were able to fit us in. Totally worth the money spent for their time & labor! I appreciate the hard work placed during our POD loading process! read more

SO VERY PLEASED with today's 6/03/2025 move. I just requested load/unload services. Appt @ 10am they arrived at 935am and had my 1 bdrm appt all loaded at 10:01am. If I could give a NEGATIVE star review of this company, I sure would! I work for a senior living facility, and Dynasty was employed by the family of a resident to move their belongings out. The movers were young, exceedingly rude and highly disrespectful to several of our staff members, and in total disregard of our regulations to not prop doors open or block elevators or hallways for the safety of our residents. The language they used at all times was exceedingly crass and disrespectful, and the "one in charge" even yelled profanities at our staff when they were asked politely to not block entries and walkways. They had no regard for human being, nor the belongings that they manhandled. If you have any respect for your belongings or people, do not use this company! read more

We had a terrible experience with Dynasty Movers. He hired Dynasty to help load our truck. They were unprofessional and did a poor job loading. Although we paid them for the full time they were there, they got impatient. At the end they started throwing items into our truck. They refused to put in the bulkhead once they finished. When we unloaded, multiple items of ours were broken, destroyed, and scratched. We provided dozens of moving blankets but Dynasty only used a handful. Several pieces of furniture had huge scratches. Our grill was broken. Several boxes and totes were crushed. We had to throw away several items. The moving company who helped us unload could not believe how poorly the truck was packed. We would never use Dynasty's services again. There are many other moving companies who are professional and know what they are doing. read more

We have hired Dynasty Movers multiple times but the last two times have cemented the fact that they will be the last times we hire them. While the first few times they gave great service and were affordable, they were always late. We always let that slide as we figured the quality and speed of the movers were enough to ignore it. However, the last two bookings were not acceptable. I also want to be very clear, I have text messages and messages with my family to back up everything listed below, time and date stamps included. The absolute lack of communication and lack of respect is appalling. We took time off of work, spent money on the u-haul, and ended up having to move it all ourselves. We were hoping the issue we had back in June was a one-off issue but the fact that we had issues with them again make us wonder if this is the new norm for this company. While they were always running late, we never had an issue with their service. Sadly we can no longer say that and we will no longer recommend them. While mechanical issues happen, they could have found a way. Uber exists, taxis exist, there are other people in this company than just these two individuals. Heck, they could have asked us if we could pick them up and we would have. We needed the help but their only answer was that they couldn't do it and they'd call us back but they waited 3 hours to do that. read more

The only way I got them to reply to me was by telling them I called the police. They still refuse to give me their insurance info and pay for $5,000+ worth of damage to my car. I chose Dynasty Movers from a list on uHaul. They had five stars and the only negative comments were about them being late. Well, they arrived an hour and a half late today after me constantly sending texts complaining. The owner wouldn't answer my phone calls. He said his team was late because uHaul didn't have a truck ready for the customer ahead of me. He finally sent a different team - these guys were nice and did a great job of loading and unloading. The problem I believe is that the scheduler does a poor job. I would NOT hire this company again. read more

The way this business took advantage and treated my family cuts beyond any review could ever do justice. I've been putting this off bc I get so upset every time I start to write this. My husband booked them for their good reviews. He's been training with the Military for the past almost 1.5 yrs. He broke his leg and the af is allowing my 8mo old (at the time) and I to see him in NC for a few weeks. We were supposed to be moving to in July but his facture has postponed everything to Dec. almost everything was carefully packed when I got the news of his broken and we had permission to go. And I would go, i had just spent almost an entire pregnancy alone and my husband has only enjoyed a few weeks with his baby girl since her birth. We called to move our stuff Monday, they asked what time we were available I said 8 they said they couldn't do it, so I said 1. They suggested 11, and said it would take about 4hrs to do the job. I arranged for a sitter to pick my baby up at 1030 since she has never been away from me for over 3 hrs. Sitter picks her up, I start cleaning what I can and making sure everything is as easy as I can possibly make it for these guys. At 11:20 I'm about to call them and Freddie calls me and says he's on his way. 12:30 rolls around and I called them and they say they're in Bellevue getting a truck. Frustrated and knowing I don't want to completely throw off my baby's schedule, I ask if her sitter can bring her over because I gave her 5 hours worth of food and milk and these guys are 2 hours late already. 1:15 ish, they arrive at my house. They're both super polite but obviously frustrated and tired. They also said the got the wrong truck, it was a studio sized truck, I live in a 3 bedroom house. Freddie, one of the movers, told me the piano would be an extra $30 or $60 to move. So they're loading the truck. I tell them how incredibly grateful I am for them to have their help bc it's been so long since I've seen my husband. I saw them Stacking my stuff 3 boxes high without securing it on a dolly, sprinting and knocking the boxes over. I didn't say anything bc I'm just a 5'4, 110lb women w a 9 month old baby in my arms and I'm obviously alone. I don't know anything about these 2 men who are moving basically my whole life. We make eye contact and there's Not an apology but continuing to handle my stuff without care; family heirlooms from the civil war and my father in laws ashes. And I'm hoping that they have an ounce of integrity or at least a little bit of respect. We're paying them to do a job, so they should do it correctly? I forget this isn't everyone's logic. The first truckload to take to the storage unit was by themselves. I shouldn't have let them go on their own but honestly my priority is stability for my baby and I'm about to drive to North Carolina with her, my husband who has a broken leg and 2 dogs over 75 lbs. so I stay home and try and get some more cleaning done with her strapped in my baby carrier. Second load comes around and they don't get everything done. They say theyll finish tomorrow and I tell them ok 8am because I moved all appointments to the rest of that day. Freddie says talk to Maurice about it. So we head to the storage unit together since it's the last run.... My baby falls asleep in the car and it's also starting to rain so I have to stay in the car with her but i can see them on my rear view mirror throwing stuff into the storage unit. When they finished Freddie asked for a payment code and the $60 for moving the piano. I told him I didn't know anything about the code and they weren't done but I'd talk to my husband about it since he booked them. He said he needed the $60 now, I happened to have cash and gave it to him. I was also nursing my daughter at the time of this conversation but he didn't care. (Of all times for someone to not care) It's almost 5 at this time and I call my husband a call to tell him everything. Maurice texts me later that night and asked what time would work. Again I respond with an early time and he does the same thing- we can't do it that time. At this point I'm upset because I know Freddie and his nephew left my house to do another job. And they're telling me they can't come at the time I need because they have clients for that time. that's the only time I have available. We're moving Wednesday morning. I told Maurice that wouldn't work, he was so rude about it I ended up firing them. I could do it myself I thought. Luckily my husband found a friend to help and my realtor Brittney's husband offered to help. When we got to the storage unit it was a mess. They took advantage of the fact that I was alone with a baby and my husband was off training with the military and we wouldn't see our stuff right away because it would all be in storage and we were moving out of state. I will also be reporting them to better business bureau to ensure that no one else gets taken advantage of the way that we did. read more

Just had these guys load and unload my UHaul for an In-Town move and WOW! Epic service! They showed up early, extremely professional and organized. They looked at what I had to move, evaluated the space of the truck and got the job done. I prepaid for 3 hours through the App and they go the job done in 3 hours- all of it. I cannot express enough gratitude for all their hard work. I think they undercharged for their service. I would have easily paid $500 for this move. So I tipped accordingly. Thanks guys! What a great team! They were slightly delayed getting to out pack out, but kept use updated and when they showed up went right to work. Very friendly and did a great job getting our U-Haul loaded, took great care with our items and even over ruled me on items I said did not need a blanket around it, lol... Having moved several times, I recommend making sure you have all the blankets, tie straps, rope needed so they can make sure it is done right. They Thanked us several times for being so prepared to have the U-Haul loaded. Great people, and I am sorry I am not remembering their names. My coworker with terminal cancer had scheduled for them to help her move, they did not show up leaving her to try and move on her own she ended up hurting her back. The movers called two hours later and while she cried on the phone explaining they had already done the work the mover had the audacity to say "well we aren't gunna help you if you're gunna be rude" and hung up. Maurice and his crew loaded up our truck quickly with no wasted time. We were amazed at how they got everything to fit like a jigsaw puzzle. There was even room to spare. After one moving company left us high and dry, we searched around Omaha for movers and found "Dynasty Movers" on a site made by Uhaul. We gave them same day notice and within six hours, their team arrived at the job and cleared out our already half empty 15ft truck in less than a half hour. They were courteous, kind, helpful, hardworking, and easygoing. Nothing was damaged and they went above and beyond our expectations.
