Hands down had the best customer forward service experience I have ever had at a vape shop. A few…read moredays ago I thought I had fried the battery on my SMOK Stick V8. It didn't seem to be able to charge anymore as the light would go on for about 15 seconds and then shut off. It would not fire and it just seemed to be a lost cause. Unfortunately I had just bought 3 new coils for it so I was pretty upset. I know that the usb charging method isn't always the best way to charge as opposed to 18650 batteries, but it has an internal battery and there is no other way to charge it. I was looking at buying a whole new SMOK Stick, which I didn't really want to spend the money on as my current one was only about a year old. Ye, who I later found out was the owner of the shop, did not take the opportunity to just get a sale and have me on my way. Instead, he decided to take his own tank and put it on my Stick. Just like that it fired perfectly like nothing was wrong! Instantly elated, confused but still relieved I explained more of the scenario of what happened. I explained to him I tried to fire it a few days ago and there was a large flame that burst from the coil. I didn't think it was anything with the coil but rather my batter short circuited and made it do that. I later tried to charge it up many times with no success. Defeated, I scoured the internet for possible solutions. One site said to take the tank and coil off and put it back on. I took it off and INSTANTLY noticed I had apparently blown the hell out of my coil. So much so that it was all twisted and bent sideways! I was still unsure what to do so I took to the streets of Atlanta for help at 3 different shops. Finally, I landed on Vape Pkwy and the rest is history. I am new to Atlanta and had just drove across the country from Arizona in October. I now definitely have a new vape shop I will be using for all my needs. This was my first time in the shop and as I recently purchased a new tank from a different store, (not Xhale City,) I showed him my tank and asked if he carried the coils. He assured me they did, brought them out and I purchased both the gummies and the coils. Tonight when I started to replace my coil, I discover they have sold me the wrong size. I called the shop, hoping they would honour an exchange but was immediately told by a different employee, Oscar, that all sales are final. This is not the customer's fault and granted, I do not always adhere to the "customer is always right" policy. Most people that try to pull that are only looking to rip off the retailer. I know from my own experience in retail, but I also work at being fair. The conversation downgraded completely when I tried to explain to Oscar that I didn't feel this was a fair policy due to how the transaction took place. With that said, I spoke to a manager in a follow up call and he set me up, corrected the situation and apologized for the mistake and the misunderstanding.
