I stopped by on the 15th of Feb to purchase Koi gummies. The guy behind the counter was very nice and personable. This was my first time in the shop and as I recently purchased a new tank from a different store, (not Xhale City,) I showed him my tank and asked if he carried the coils. He assured me they did, brought them out and I purchased both the gummies and the coils. Tonight when I started to replace my coil, I discover they have sold me the wrong size. I called the shop, hoping they would honour an exchange but was immediately told by a different employee, Oscar, that all sales are final. This is not the customer's fault and granted, I do not always adhere to the "customer is always right" policy. Most people that try to pull that are only looking to rip off the retailer. I know from my own experience in retail, but I also work at being fair. The conversation downgraded completely when I tried to explain to Oscar that I didn't feel this was a fair policy due to how the transaction took place. With that said, I spoke to a manager in a follow up call and he set me up, corrected the situation and apologized for the mistake and the misunderstanding. read more

I use to work for this location and all I have to say is the manager there is very unfit to be a manage. she will take employees that are on the clock to go smoke weed in her car. She also is very immature making moaning noises in store who does that espe at work. Also not to mention she brings a whole other manager from a completely different store to do her dirty work. If you cannot confront your employees by yourself and do things by yourself then you are a unfit manager and should consider maybe another career. read more

Absolutely horrible. I came in to get a replacement pod for my vape and they directed me to the pod I should purchase. I bought them, spent $17, got out to my car only to realize they were not the correct pods (after I literally showed them the vape I had). They then said there are no returns or exchanges as if they hadn't just sold me the wrong pods. Extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed as I shop here all the time for things. read more

Didn't purchase anything here because the vibe in this store was just weird (and not in a good way). It seems like they use their "have id's ready" policy as an excuse to harass certain customers and disturb their shopping experience, just as other establishments use "loss prevention" as an excuse to harass people of color. I have no problem with being asked for my ID while in a tobacco shop, obviously, it's to be expected. But can I receive some customer service (a greeting, assistance finding what I'm looking for, a sales suggestion, SOMETHING) before you dismissively ask for my ID? It's not always what you say but how you say it and the white woman with glasses who was in this store yesterday evening definitely doesn't know how to speak to potential customers. To top off an already annoying experience, after we presented our ID's and the employee checked everything, as we were leaving because we didn't even want to browse in such an unfriendly environment, the employee says "Stay safe." Huh?? It's like, NOW you choose to speak to a potential customer, as they're headed out of the door because of your weird attitude and that's what you choose to say? I don't know whether that was supposed to be a threat or this lady's nervous response to realizing we were potential customers who deserved to be treated as such regardless of her personal biases and insecurities but either way we won't be back. i love this store!! very kind and knowledgeable staff. also very patient when you're looking to try a new product, and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. very warm energy in the shop and good vibey music. also love that they have a rewards program! one last note is that i am particularly fond of a certain employee in there, he's got brown curly hair and usually wears a black mask and very cool hats. he's particularly up to speed on the best vapes, glass, disposables, you name it. i just wanted to give him a special shout-out because he always gives me special attention when i visit the store. overall favorite smoke shop!!! would recommend. read more
