What we got in comparison to that and the pictures displayed on their instagram account is nothing short of a bootleg version. See photos for reference even though the owner will deny and leave a comment generated by ChatGPT. 1. Quality: The two main orders were absolutely sub par and cheap. The bagel spread does not feed up to 12 as advertised and feeds more so around 5 people. We got 6 very dry bagels cut in half, one large cut tomato, maybe half an onion, maybe a quarter of a lemon and spread for maybe one and a half bagels? The ingredients were spread so flat to create an illusion that the serving plate was full. The smoked salmon that we paid extra for was a mere few slices for 3-5 individuals versus the photos that show a decent amount for "up to 12pp." The caprese pasta salad had absolutely no flavor, and was brown from the balsamic vinegar yet gave no flavor and was a mere cold pasta with bits of basel.  2. Expectation: As shown on their social media page and website, the orders come on wooden boards and wooden bowls with some decorative items. What we got instead was a hasty delivery of a flimsy and broken plastic bowl for the pasta -- that had to be thrown out upon putting it out --and a flimsy wooden plate for the lightest bagel spread we've seen that was surely not worth more than $50. 3. Communication: Upon inputting the order and the delivery day, there was no communication. We had to reach out via email and confirm the day before and was met with a different drop off/set up time than initially agreed upon when the order was inputted. We 11:45am since the party was at 12pm, and instead got forced into settling for a 10:30am slot after some back and forth. This is unprofessional for any business that is selling a service. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to Costco and get yourself what you need, because the business is apparently falling apart.

The event was held a few weeks ago and guests are not only still talking about the food but a few have already booked PBP for their upcoming events. Leading up to the event, Hollis and her team were so easy to work with and communicated every detail with myself and my event planner. The guest count was higher than my wedding and was stressful to manage at times, but the PBP team handled everything so professionally and easily. After a few appetizers were passed around, there were a number of stations to choose from. It seemed like every guest had a different favorite. We all enjoyed delicious Jewish comfort food like latkes, brisket sliders, kugel, and matzo ball soup shots as well as Mediterranean food with salmon and chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, and a Greek salad. One guest said that the hummus was the best she had ever tried! It really was that good. The kids mostly enjoyed a slider station with sirloin hamburgers, fried chicken, and french fries, but plenty of adults grabbed a slider as well. They also created a signature drink for the Bar Mitzvah boy, which was really cute. For dessert, we all loved the ice cream sundae bar and assorted mini desserts like lemon bars, rugelach, and brownies. PBP also made yummy black and white cookies for all of our guests to bring home. With about 11 staff members to help with the event, PBP helped create an incredibly enjoyable and memorable event for my family and our guests. Everything about the experience was top notch. My only regret is that I was too busy with guests to enjoy everything at the time. Thankfully we had some leftovers to devour later (except for that hummus - everyone went back for seconds!). Whenever I plan another big event, Parties by Panache will definitely be my first call. (I don't have pictures from my photographer yet, but will upload a few when I get them)

I didn't have to spend two days in advance shopping and doing prep/pre-cooking, then all day on Thanksgiving watching the turkey temp and stressing about what had to go in the oven when. Instead, I could enjoy a few drinks and actually visit with my family. Ashley was great to work with on the coordination of my event. She was so willing to accommodate all of my changes to the menu and adjust the quote based on changes to my headcount. Communication was great...she called with questions prior to the party and I was informed of a change in the arrival time on the day of. Kelly (who took care of the party) was fantastic! I was initially concerned that having someone hanging around while we had appetizers and dinner would be weird, but she blended right in. I was impressed that she kept an eye on the ice bucket and drinks, and offered to serve up plates and refill glasses during dinner. Regarding the food, I have 4 words: GET THE SHORT RIBS. Everything else was also delicious. Once we were done eating, she boxed up the leftovers (of which there were plenty for everyone to take what they wanted plus more). She cleaned up quickly and even washed the dishes I had provided. I told her she and the crew at PBP are my new best friends and they will be hearing from me in the future. The only downside was that she refused when one of my guests asked her to marry him ;)...maybe next time!! I'm giving 3 stars because my napkins were the wrong color on my wedding and communicating with the Events manager, Holly, was difficult throughout the planning process. It took over a month for her to respond to some of my emails, even when I would send multiple. I ended up calling her to go over my details, and somethings still didn't go as planned. If you go with The Center for your wedding, just make sure you call Holly to get things done, don't expect answers when you email.

People enjoyed being outside, and the views from the patio are just wonderful  with long expanses of green lawn. Holly Hamilin was a dream to work with. She's an expert having done receptions many times. She met with us early on to give us information and know what to expect. We met with her another time, and she took my calls whenever I needed to discuss decisions or ask questions.  Holly is very professional and takes charge in a calm, quiet, and sure way. The food was so delicious. Catering was done through Black Gold Golf Club and was prepared on the premises of the Community Center.  We had many raves about the food. I appreciated Holly's guidance on food selection. She knew from past receptions what entrees people liked best.  We were so glad we went with the glazed tri-tip and the sole with lemon and capers as the main course. I liked that the food was made on the premises  I gave Holly centerpieces I had made, plus fairy lights, silk rose petals, floor spotlights, and pink lights on chords. She put them up on the day of the receptions and she created such a lovely, charming atmosphere in the room. It made a huge difference.  We had ample room for our First Dance and for people to get up and make speeches with our champagne toasts.  Holly had a lovely table for our beautiful cake which she surrounded with rose petals. After we cut the cake, one of the servers cut and distributed the cake slices.  Patrick and I were delighted we found this venue and Holly. Everything worked out extremely well.
