I scheduled both a foot and back massage with the expectation of therapeutic work. The "massage" felt more like someone rubbing lotion on my skin for an hour than actual therapeutic work. My 70-year-old nail technician gives better foot massages than what I received here. There was no real reflexology or massage technique. It was so bad I even stopped halfway and explained my dissatisfaction, still the lotion rubbing continued. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at checkout, the front desk staff simply shrugged, charged the full amount, with no attempt made to address my concerns or offer any resolution. If you're looking for legitimate therapeutic massage from licensed therapists, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money.

I used to get the Traditional Thai or the Heat Herbal Compress, but lately my favorite is the Thai Aroma Massage (Swedish/Thai combo) because it's just the perfect combination for me in terms of pressure and technique. So I went in asking for relief of my shoulder/neck area because it was tensed from work, and came out feeling so much better. My massage therapist also worked on my back and calves which I didn't know I had a knot on one leg, so it was slightly painful, but felt relieved afterwards. I really wanted to take a 1/2 hour nap afterwards instead of get up to leave, but c'est la vie. The place is clean, staff is friendly, walk-in are welcome though I usually book/call ahead to make sure they have the time.
