Not only did she fully release that constant tension (and I feel fantastic today) but also helped me understand the cause of the issues. She's incredibly intuitive, and finds all the spots you need work on with perfect pressure, even if you don't know where they are yourself! One thing I really appreciate about my session was how easy April is to be around. She's happy to chat or let the silence sit comfortably, and she will meet you wherever you are. If you're curious she'll even explain exactly what she's doing and why, but there's never any pressure to talk if you don't want to. I have been going to April for many years. I saw her in Pasadena and now in Arrowhead. A few years back I was having terrible headaches and neck pain. I was diagnosed with a bulging disc in my neck and my doctor recommended I get massages to help relieve the tension I was suffering from in my neck and back. On my first massage she made sure to ask me where I had the most pain and listened to my body's reaction. I sit a lot all day on the computer.
