Im short: The most efficient HIIT workout In the game right now!…read more I love working out and im always looking for new challenges that push me harder. I also have undiagnosed ADD, so I've tried every workout concept imaginable (F45, CrossFit, orange theory, PIT fitness, immersion fitness, boot camps and the list goes on). BodyTek is the only one who keeps me gaining and guessing what's next! Class design: 45 mins to an hour with the particular class being either a total body workout or weights Wednesday (upper body or lower body). The total body workout will be a mix of upper and lower body stations with cardio and HIIT peppered in the stations. You have a certain time period to complete each workout in the station before moving to the next. I love this part of the concept because it makes me feel productive in moving towards the last station. The workouts are designed to burn fat, gain endurance, build strength and gain music. The amount of workouts they cram into an hour is unreal but the results are very real! I am a music aficionado and if boutique gym does not have good music they will never see my face again. This is nowhere near the case with bodytek. The music is dope every class and it motivates me to work harder. They even have speciality classes sometimes like Noche Latina ( all Latin music blazing while burning out your legs) and a post Christmas workout to burn my 5,000 calories consumed the day prior. The facility itself is like a family. The trainers are all amazing and are always making sure everyone has proper form so no Injuries occur. My favorite trainers are Vida, Francisco, and Santiago. All of them being such high energy to the class and make your butt kicking enjoyable! If you are looking to develop a new healthy habit in the new year give Bodytek a try. I promise no other concept will compete with your results from this facility!

Great work out , and great training team. Just started back…read more, evrything is clean neat. If you looking for Fun and better results with your workout, bodytek at parkland is the place.

I've been going to The Peter Blum Family YMCA for years, and overall it's a good place -- but there…read moreare definitely some important pros and cons. Let me start with the positives. The management team is always very polite and helpful. One of the main reasons I've stayed so long is their wide variety of classes -- yoga, BodyPump, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT, BodyCombat, and more. I used to LOVE the BodyPump and BodyCombat classes, especially with instructors Zoe and Cindy Lee -- they were incredible. So much energy, motivation, always correcting form and really engaging with the class. Truly my favorites. Unfortunately, after they left, I stopped attending those classes. I did try the new instructor, but the experience was very different -- loud in an uncomfortable way, lots of personal talk during class, and overall not the same professional atmosphere. There was also an awkward situation that made me feel unwelcome. I was filming myself and my friend briefly (as I sometimes do), making sure no one else was in the background. The instructor approached me in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational, repeating the same comment about not filming, even after I had already stopped and put my phone away. After that, I felt uncomfortable returning to those classes and eventually stopped going altogether -- especially when I noticed the same energy during future visits. That said, the yoga classes are still excellent -- very strong instructor and great experience. The gym itself is well-equipped with modern machines, always clean, and offers great amenities: sauna, steam room, and a pool. Kids' programs are also a big plus -- my children have been taking swimming classes there for years (we've been coming here for about 6 years total), and they love it. When they were younger, we also attended "mommy & me" classes, which were wonderful -- lots of songs, playtime, and interaction. There's also a kids' playroom with staff, toys, and activities, as well as two playgrounds. They even have a daycare, and a small indoor play area available on weekends -- very family-friendly overall. Now, a couple of serious downsides. The building is quite old, and during rainy season the roof leaks -- I've seen water dripping in areas like the café and even the gym floor, with buckets placed underneath instead of fixing the issue. That's definitely concerning. Another important issue is the parking lot. There is an exposed metal rod sticking out where a parking stopper used to be, right near the front entrance by the windows. I personally had a scary experience with it -- it pressed into my car wheel, and I was lucky it didn't puncture the tire. I reported it and even left a review about it, but a year later it still hasn't been fixed. Please be very careful when parking in that area. Overall, it's a place with great potential, strong programs, and a family-friendly environment -- but also with some issues that really should be addressed.

I've been going there for a couple years and mostly do the classes. They have a wide range of…read moredifficulties, ranging from the tough (Body Combat) to ones geared for seniors such as chair yoga. I prefer the middle range with classes like Pilates and barre. I do wish they would mix up the class times once in a while because I've been going for about two years and schedule hasn't changed much so I end up doing the same classes each week. The instructor Jennifer is great. I love that she does different things each week so I don't get bored with it. The place is clean, large, good staff, nice pool. I like the E gym so you don't have to adjust weights as it remembers when you scan your bracelet. They have a lot of community/family based events.

WARNING:Misled at Enrollment & Charged After Cancellation Confirmation…read more I was a loyal member at YouFit Boca Raton for over 9 months. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before signing up. When I enrolled in the Personal Training program, the sales representative told me that cancelling was simple just speak to a manager or staff member. She never mentioned a 30-day notice requirement or any fees associated with cancellation. I was handed a 4-5 page electronic contract and asked to sign within minutes, with zero explanation of the terms. When I went to cancel my personal training on June 2, 2026 due to relocating to Virginia (where there are no YouFit locations), I was told for the first time about the 30-day notice policy. The Fitness Manager said her hands were tied and escalated to the General Manager, Austin. Austin personally confirmed there were no YouFit gyms where I was moving. ,I paid my current monthly due. I asked him directly: "There won't be any further charges, right?" Based upon the gesture I understood there wouldn't . I trusted him. On June 19, I called to follow up and a staff member again confirmed no further charges. On June 22, I was charged anyway. When I went back to dispute it, Austin said I was "misunderstanding" what he had said. When I asked for the Regional Manager's contact information to escalate, He said he is the head of the gym there were no one above him. So there is no way to contact above. I went youfit headquarters there also no regional manager or above it is just regular gym. They just simply gave youfit mail. There is no use of sanding an email to customer support. I came to this gym in good faith for 9 months. I was misled at enrollment, And cancellation. anyway I paid the amount just to save my credit. That is not a misunderstanding that is a breach of trust. I have escalated this matter formally . Proceed with caution before signing any agreement here make sure every promise made verbally is in writing before you sign. Based upon my experience I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Cancelling personal training or membership is impossible. Finally I would say stay away from this gym.

As a client of Elizabeth's for the past few months, I can confidently say that she is an…read moreexceptional personal trainer. From the very first session, her professionalism and expertise have been evident. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and exercise science and incorporates physical therapy techniques into every workout, ensuring that the exercises not only build strength and endurance, but also promote proper form and injury prevention. Her ability to explain the purpose and benefits of each exercise in detail is impressive - I always leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of how my body is working. Even more impressive is Elizabeth's ability to create varied, engaging workouts that challenge me without feeling overly difficult. She has an incredible talent for utilizing the minimal at-home equipment I have to design workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. I never feel bored (which usually happens quickly for me) or plateaued, as she is constantly coming up with new routines to keep my body guessing. Elizabeth's coaching style is incredibly motivating, yet subtle. She has a way of pushing me just beyond my comfort zone without ever making the workout feel arduous or unmanageable. I consistently surprise myself with what I'm able to accomplish, all while feeling supported and encouraged by her positive energy. Considering the personalized attention I receive (as well as my little Pomeranian princess) and the fact that Elizabeth drives to my home, her rates are more than reasonable. I save significantly by not having to pay for a gym membership or travel to an exercise studio (not to mention the convenience of not having to go anywhere). Most importantly, I'm getting a customized workout plan tailored specifically to my needs and goals. Without a doubt, Elizabeth is the best personal trainer I've ever had. Her unparalleled knowledge, innovative programming, and motivating presence have transformed my fitness journey. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness. I know Elizabeth works with different types of clients, but for reference, I'm 37 and my goal was to NOT be "skinny fat" and Elizabeth certainly helped me not only achieve but maintain that goal.

She went into details on the many ways she would help me reach my fitness goals. Upon meeting her, she was welcoming and had the most bubbly personality, which I love. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but her professionalism was unmatched. She is very educated in her field and seem to genuinely care about my health and fitness desires. Due to how nice Elizabeth is, I did expect her training to be a little lax but in all honesty she's a sweet and rough cookie. I got a workout I was not expecting. She pushed me harder than I thought I could. She took details to my specific problems areas and created workouts based on them. I would say she exceeded my expectations with her way of training. I like that it was personalized around my fitness level, goals, eating habits and body shape. I am already slim but a little puggy in the mid section plus a little soft in my lower body so my fitness goals are to tone my legs, butt and gain abs. From the beginning, she targeted these areas in ways my body was not used to. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do those workouts without her expertise. Before each training she would use a massage gun on my body to warm up my muscles, sort of like stretching. Doing so allowed my workouts to be smoother and safer on my muscles. During my first training with Elizabeth, she discovered I have a slight balance issue so for my second training she started to implement exercises to increase my balance while still focusing on my main concerns. I love that she took attention to details when training me. It definitely shows how much she cares and wants to see my improvement. I can honestly say that I see a difference from just a few trainings with Elizabeth than I've seen working out for months on my own. After each training sessions, I've felt sore but also confident in how great of a workout I had. I wouldn't change anything about the way Elizabeth trained. I am glad I found her and look forward to more trainings with her in the future.
