The kind of good that inspires and helps you to achieve maximum benefit. My father had been active all his life, but had heart surgery about a year ago. His doctors stressed the importance of working out, but he did not know where to begin and was getting quite sedentary. After doing scrupulous research, I was blessed to find Elie and his team. Trying to find a personal trainer that I can trust and that wont hurt my injury was like finding a needle in a hay stack. I looked for ways to help myself for years and then through yelp I stumbled across, The Facility! I have been going to The Facility for about 2 months now. I am able to do things I haven't been able to do ever, like squat down (properly and using my legs to stand backup) to give my 4 year a piggyback ride. I am able to give my kids a bath without back pain. I am able to do squats once again and exercise without pain. Through going to The Facility I haven't been able to just do things I wasn't able to do, but I also learned how to exercise. Yes learned how to exercise.... I learned how to properly breathe during an exercise which makes a world of a difference and allows you to get a better workout. I learned how have proper form.
