THis used to be my favorite commercial gym in all of the SFV and Simi combined. The machine selection is next level and the outdoor area is a huge positive. The ammenities are top teir too.... when then work. Since the switch to EOS, this location has had a problem maintaining their their infrastructure. Their hot tub/steam room were out of service for over a month. They finally fixed it. However, now there is no hot water in the showers. This has been the case for the last 3 times I've been there spanning over a week and a half. Whats the delay? read more

Ever since EōS took over the gym from Gold's, it has been a steady downhill decline. The gym is very poor condition, machines stay broken for months if they ever get fixed, half the handles on the machines are ripped, the floor is disgusting with paper towels on the floor after people wipe down the equipment. And if you plan on cancelling your membership, good luck! Called the gym multiple times and apparently no one there can help with memberships to cancel they tell you go online. They can sure sign you up quickly. Well online is no help either. Emailed corporate over a week ago and still no response. This has to be the worst gym company around. Anyone looking to join a new gym, I would 110% recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other gyms in the area with more attentive staff, better equipment, cleaner conditions and just an over all better vibe elsewhere. I would not recommend EōS to anyone!! Look at the other reviews... apparently EōS has a huge problem if this many people leave 1 star negative reviews, these are not isolated incidents. The EoS acquisition of Gold's gym locations proves, on the daily, how quickly a mega corporation can run a successful gym into the ground. The maintenance of their facilities has gone downhill at WARP speed. By cutting corners on maintenance staffing and shifts and leaving their filthy restrooms, broken, flooding toilets, broken equipment is states of disrepair for weeks on end, they are showing the clientele the complete disregard they have for their gym experience and Management needs to address this immediately and if "their hands are tied"then I'll take it to corporate. This is a disgrace to the reputation that Gold's built and EoS should be ashamed of their low standard of care for their customer's gym experience. read more

Here is EOS! Pool vendor tell EOS managers " with a sand filter theres suppose to be sand in the pool? Management believes them or doesn't care. 3 pool vendors and Lesly's pool told me . The pool should be clean no sand any were. EOS is being duked by bad pool service vendors, and are buying it. Management has not idea about pools,, so they are taking advantage of. I've been to roughly 12 locations and this place in my opinion is the most poorly managed EOS around. Machines aren't well maintained, the bathrooms are a mess. The A/C doesn't even seem to work. Do yourself a favor and go to the Thousand Oaks location. read more

I hate making negative reviews especially for this place because it used to be my favorite gym. I'm not sure why they decided to add such much equipment. It's a bit overwhelming to be so honest. I mean I always preferred Gold's since EOS took over. But I just decided to come by for a treadmill walk and had to cut it short because it felt like there was no ventilation and started to get really overheated (never has happened at the TO gym). Which I feel like that's a recipe for germs and is dangerous for people who might have medical conditions. I'm sure the new weight machines are nice and accommodate more people obviously (which I guess is the goal) but imo it's way too much. Quality over quantity always. Maybe I'll try coming at different times of the day, but it would be amazing if management could bring back some of that classic Gold's energy somehow. read more

I love going to EoS Fitness in Simi Valley. I enjoy watching movies on the big screen and walking on the treadmill and using the stationary bike. I enjoy the easy to use weight equipment. I use the EoS App to sign up for Yoga, Zumba, strength training and many other fun classes. The instructors are professionals and motivating. Sometimes I'll get in the jacuzzi. There is also an indoor spa. I recommend EoS for all your fitness needs. read more

I want to update my review. Honestly, people make mistakes and so long as management works to better staff I am good. Everyone that works here is really friendly. I appreciate that. The only downside is people sitting on machines on their phones. One guy (every day) sits for 20 minutes on an ab machine after his treadmill and scrolls his phone. Other people have set up tripods to shoot videos (annoying) and my last gripe of members is that nobody puts their weights away. But the gym is clean, great equipment and options in cardio and weights I love the sauna and I love this gym. read more

Eo5 fitness where do I start. Let's see since they change from golds gym I kept getting charged double for three months str8 . All ur employees know me for complaining and the reverse the money back all three times with a smile on there face. That's why I leave 4 stars ur employees are great . Other gyms don't have ppl that greet u or help u. But one incident I ask one guy there this needs to stop or im changing gyms and I'll stop payment on my bank. He said go ahead I throw into collections. Ok first of all don't treated me cuz I don't care . U throw my into collections I will have that erased in a month and I will make it my business to throw u under the bus every single time thru social media and word of mouth. So I was gonna cancel and do what I need to do. But I went into the gym piased off ready to cancel and do what needed to be done. Given I been going to Thai gym for 12 years never had a problem never complained. But once I went into cancel this sweet girl name Tony told me not cancel and she will help me. She literally took it like her business and help me step by step. And the co workers all were so great. So I just want to say to ownership u have a really good workers and u can't find ppl that care like Tony and ur staff do help ur business. I tuna. Restaurant and if I had employees like that omg my job would be so easy. was once a nice gym when it was golds. Now its all about signing up as many people as they can.The place is in disrepair and is overcrowded. Now it looks like Best Buy on Black Friday with three teenagers on each machine its impossible to get a decent work out. A cheap buck over quality should be your motto. read more

As you walk into the Gym you get a warm welcome from the front desk staff. No matter how busy they are, they address you by your name, and that makes you feel important. I have noticed that ever since the Eos brought a new person, I think her name is Naqiya, I was told she is the operations manager, the gym is cleaner, the equipment works better, and she makes sure it is fixed. I always see her walking around with a big smile, speaking with guests, checking everything is ok. I love coming to the gym now because of people like Naqiya and her front desk team, who actually care about their job. I wish there were more people like her and her team. read more

Since posting this review, I have emailed Trevor directly multiple times and have not received a response. Despite requesting cancellation and disputing the account, additional billing attempts have continued. As recently as yesterday, another charge of approximately $109 was attempted. I have also documented inaccurate account activity, including a check-in that did not occur. I am still requesting cancellation and written confirmation that all billing has been stopped. Also at the same time the majority of the pictures that look well maintained for the Simi location are false! That's false advertising. Those pictures are not of the Simi Eos gym at all. They say you sign up then you get a free pass for a friend and every time I go they expect you to talk to somebody to try to sign you up every time before your workout so stupid. They shouldn't even have those passes then. Every time I did try to sign up, they would just give us the runaround. This person did something wrong. This person sent the email. The only thing good about this gym is that they keep it clean. The clientele is rude. Parking is near impossible. People sit at the machines to scroll through their phones without any consideration of others who need to use the equipment. It's ridiculous. The steam room is nice. Overall the gym has improved with eos taking over. Staff is great! I just cannot understand why management would turn the stair climbers around so they face a blank wall with your back facing the entire gym. REVIEW: I have been a member of this gym for several years and have seen it go through its ups and downs. Unfortunately, since EōS Fitness took over, the overall condition of the facility has noticeably declined. The gym is frequently dirty, broken machines remain out of service for long periods of time, and the restrooms are poorly maintained. Soap dispensers and toilet paper are often empty, and the hot water in the locker rooms rarely works. These are basic standards that any gym should be able to maintain. Cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member safety should be top priorities, yet it feels like those things are currently being overlooked. Management needs to address these issues immediately and take greater responsibility for the upkeep of the facility. Members deserve a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to work out. read more

I really like this gym. The vibe is good and it's really clean for a gym. I like to go for the fitness classes...not so much the weights. Everyone is very helpful...especially one of the managers.... I think her name is was Nakia.. or Nokia! She was a doll and answered all of my questions....i will be recommending EOS to anyone looking for a cool gym! read more

Best gym in simi. These 1 star reviews are hilarious. I don't think those people have been to other gyms or they might have a different grading curve. I'm not a gym type of person and have not felt comfortable at other gyms. The first thing i noticed here is the front desk staff--they are friendly and actually listened when I told them my name . Naqia greeted me and showed me around the gym with a smile on her face and knowledge of equipment and what I might want to focus on. The gym has had a noticeable change since becoming EOS. Appears to be cleaner than it was before and you can tell there are new big improvements coming. The staff is extremely friendly, Chelsea at the front desk always has such positive energy and makes me feel extremely welcome when I arrive at the gym. We need more people like Chelsea. read more
