I have used Community in the past with excellent results and today only proved why I keep going…read moreback. I had a problem with my Malibu and called around for pricing. Community gave me a quote and set a time to look at the car. At the time, it was a week, due to high volume. While not excited about that, I understand they are busy. I took my car in last night and got a call this morning about the car. They were confused why I took the car in because I wasn't on their schedule, despite doing it a week ago, but looked at it anyways (huge thumbs up for them here). When I asked for the price, it came in $200 higher then I was told twice on the phone. I explained the entire situation to Mike and he honored the price that was quoted to me. I got the call the car was ready two hours later and pick-up was a breeze. I know some would say that there were a few problems but that is some of the best costumer service I have seen in a long time and they were quick to fix it - I will be back. Thanks Mike!

Still had the errors afterwards and I was told that it would away . Had a clunk when I test drove and power steering noise was told he didn't know what the issue was with the power steering without checking it out and the clunking noise was a tie rod needed replaced but he couldn't check anything else out he was only checking out the oxygen sensor . So what was the $160 for? The tie rod ended up being a bad strut that broke going down the road if you enjoy throwing $160 away for absolutely nothing and not getting your vehicle fixed properly take it here

100% recommend! I…read morebought my new 2023 Nissan Versa out of state, so John Deery was never my original dealership, but it has become my go-to for all things service-related, and I have zero complaints. Scheduling is easy, the advisors are direct, and the estimated wait times are usually pretty close to reality. If you'd rather not sit and wait, the complimentary shuttle is reliable and covers the area well. If you choose to wait, the waiting room itself is clean and comfortable. What really impressed me was how they handled an oil leak that came up after my factory warranty had already expired. They worked directly with my extended Nissan warranty, coordinated everything on their end, and got it taken care of without dragging me through the process. That kind of experience is what keeps me coming back. Pro: It just feels seamless. No pressure from any of the service advisors, no upselling, and no feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Con: Never had anything come up that would warrant being mentioned here. Tip: Know your maintenance schedule before you book. It saves time and helps with you knowing what to expect instead of finding out on the spot.

We were confused why our insurance wouldn't cover it so my husband called our warranty company to get further explanation. We were informed by our warranty company that no inquiries into coverage have been made. I understand that things happen, but this unfortunately was dishonesty from the service department. The work on the vehicle was up to standards, but this is an ethical issue that will likely result in us looking elsewhere for an honest service provider.
