Got my roof, thanks! With the hot dipped galvanized nails I requested, I should be good for the next 20 years!

My needed work (new vinyl siding and windows) that UBrothers Construction did on my house was outstanding. For me to see the transformation was a very satisfying process. The workmanship was top quality. Andrii (Project Manager) who manages the project did an excellent job on the logistics of the project i.e. the ordering of the supplies, the scheduling, the personnel, the flow of the manpower needed on the job (also checking on the work and addressing any concerns). Their tradesmen are very professional and courteous, if you have an issue, they will look into fixing it. UBrothers finish products are quality craftmanship because I see the fitted joints are aligned up perfectly and straight. They understand the customers' needs and alleviate any pitfalls. They cleaned up at the end of every day on the job rather well. At the end of the job, all the utilities (mailbox hookup, doorbell, street address #, exterior wall lights, etc.) were re-established. I strongly recommend UBrothers. I would use them again. They have the professionalism and the talent to get the jobs completed skillfully and finished on time.

You would probably be better off at a big-box hardware store. Full Read: Door to door sales should be your first clue that this company will underperform. If their product and service is so great, why are they out soliciting?? Unfortunately, I was stupid and fell for it and now want to help prevent others from falling into the same trap. It started back in July when I was doing some yardwork and their door to door guy ended up on my lawn. He seemed nice so I didn't immediately toss him and after a few mins of chatting I found out that they do patio doors; something that I was in need of. I thought it was serendipity, but it turns out it was just stupidity. When you meet the sales people, they expect you to have both partners available. Yet another clue that they are scammers but I didn't care and told them we'd both be there even though I knew it would be just me. The salesperson, Melissa, was actually knowledgeable, helpful and creative (at least I thought) and after about an hour I decided to pull the trigger on an $8000 door. The install date was set for October. My FIL sat at the house for us during the install by their 20 year old expert and sadly I came home to find multiple issues. Poor quality manufacturing was my #1 complaint. There were staple holes every 12" around the door frame, there are globs of silicone at the corners, there was no grommet for the kick lock, a poorly drilled hole for the kick lock, they left a gap between the cabinets and the trim with visible demo work and screws, the threshold is not colormatched and must be stained (never mentioned), they ignored the alarm wiring from the previous door and buried it in the wall creating a fault in the alarm system, and the interior grill rattles like crazy when you close the door. The door did slide really easily though. I get in touch with Melissa in sales and she assured me that they will make it right and satisfaction is their #1 goal. I had to speak to 3 different managers (one was in Florida) and even have one come out and do an inspection (more time out of work to meet). They all agreed it was defective and they would redo it. Door was remanufactured and a vnew date set for November. They had to cancel for that day and push it back a week...annoying yet again because I had taken a day out of work. They finally come to put the new door in and it's just the glass doors. They did nothing to remedy the gap in the trim, the alarm or the visible demo work, but they did add a grommet for the kick lock. The new doors also came with staple holes, globs of silicone and loud rattling interior grills. My wife was home and immediately pointed out the staple holes. The installer says "they all come like this and they have to be patched with putty." Not 1 of the 3 managers I spoke to including the one that came to do the inspection said this. So basically they gave me new doors that were the same as the old doors that they could have just added some putty. In the end, it feels like no one really knows what they are doing. Amateurs at best but at premium pricing. With all of the companies out there, I feel like I was ripped off for what I got. I'd have been just as well off going to the local big_box hardware place and having them do the job for half the cost.

Jack always responds swiftly to issues brought to their attention by board of trustees and tenants. It's a dramatic improvement from the non-responsiveness of the previous condo manager. Thank you.

I'm a long term tenant in this building, and I just switched units to one managed by your company…read more I signed my lease on December 1st, but it didn't get countered signed back until December 3rd. I packed on December 8/9 and moved in on the 10th. When I moved into the unit there a number of issues, as you can see, there was a moldy smell in the dishwasher and active BLACK mold in the washer, holes in the walls, a number of items left behind by the previous tenants, when I took my first shower I was standing in 2 inches of dirty water, etc. When I picked up the keys Henry Corroon handed my keys that were not a full set, the mailbox key was missing, and also handed me the apartment condition statement to sign. He made it seem like it was a condition of pick in up the keys. The unit had been left open, even though I had a lease in place starting on the 3rd, I was able to move in without the keys which I didnt pick up until the 10th. I've dealt with Henry, Sam, and today Jack. Jack actually hung up on me today, and he wouldn't tell me who is manager is, he said "why do you need to know that?" The solution that was offered was $100 off of a lease of $2350 for the month of February and March. I wasn't able to use the washer because of mold until the 2/24/25, almost two weeks after I moved into the unit. Sam admitted to me that the person what was supposed to check the property, didn't relay any message about it the condition and was no longer with the company. So essentially, no one checked this unit before I moved into. Is this how Sun Property Group hands new tenants their new home? I work in real estate and I would never hand over a property in this condition. I was then gas lit that per the lease SPG has the right to fix things after move in, but per the lease it says last of month move out/first of month move in. This was not the case, as no one had been living in the unit for a number of weeks before I signed my lease. I don't trust that their isn't mold in the filter in the HVAC, and Jack has said that the earliest someone could come out would be February 6th. I am not turning on the heat until someone changes the filter because no one can tell me when it was last changed, and it seems your company is ok allowing someone to move in to a property with active MOLD. I just returned home at 2AM this morning, and I don't feel safe staying here. I can't trust anything anyone says at your company, and now your staff is hanging up on tenants. $200 off thousands in rent in not an adequate solution. Why was the unit delivered like this in the first place. I was told that the light fixture was working and that things were in working order but as you can see it's still not working. What is the solution here?

Google is worthless, you go there and they have 4.8. It's a complete fraud. It's pretty much extortion and villainy. I can't believe that when I looked them up and went to Yelp and saw all the horrible reviews and disgraceful photos of their work.
