They poured new concrete and did a smooth finish for the garage and a nice stamped finish on the driveway. The job turned out great and looks amazing. After taking preliminary measures around the yard, John Le provided a great quote and in 2.5 weeks was able to transform my yard into a beautiful space for my wife and 2 boys. John and team had removed the pre-existing lawn/grass, leveled the soil and ground, put in a 12x15 artificial turf rectangle area, had his team pour in concrete (in the early morning) for majority of the backyard space, created a new soil area for planting, helped moved our lemon tree into this new soil space, and finally installed a new irrigation system that included individual drip spots towards the back wall for other in-ground plants. They removed and cleaned out the old rotted wood, laid the foundation in the slots, and then replaced the wood strips with pressure treated wood. They also patched up a few spots in the concrete (which was not discussed prior). They then cleaned the driveway and took away all the old wood. Excellent job!

Color came off my stamped concrete within 2 years. Sergio gave me so many excuses as to why this…read morecould happen. They were all excuses! The reason this happened was because he let the cement dry too much before putting on the color so the color didn't penetrate into the cement. He promised to make it right. Several phone calls to him only to have him give me more promises. He never came through with his promise. I had another cement contractor look at the issue. He confirmed the cement was too dry when the color was applied. It looks horrible.

As I got older, they were a PITA to maintain and THE WEEDS!!! They were a nightmare! So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. Well, they worked on our project for three days and worked very hard and did everything exactly the way I wanted it and actually installed the arbor to perfection!!! They cleaned up exceptionally well and were so amazing to work with, and I owe it all to them to make my dream come true!!
