I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. David The auto dr towed vehicle to there shop and says no fuel was in the car which was a lie because the fuel was at half tank at the time of breakdown. Shop charged me another 650.00 totally 1,525. This shop did not repair my vehicle but found some way to get it started to avoid replacing the fuel pump and charging me additional money. This shop is not trustworthy.
