Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.

As I proceeded to confirm all details the man started getting aggressive towards me. I just politely asked any questions he had but in the process he started to yell at me and the insurance lady. After that encounter, this place found my Facebook page and contacted me through Facebook and other avenues. This encounter is one of my top unprofessional encounters I've ever witnessed. We (Juan, the owner and myself) had a perfect understanding until Juan pretended to have fixed the issues on my vehicle. We went to Juan and this man told me out his own mouth he got water in my engine and that's why the engine light was on. Juan told me he had a tragic incident in his family and he would work on it when he got back. But because I felt a way about him saying he got water in the engine I decided to call the other owner only to find out he would be out also for the same amount of days as his employee, going out of the country and for the same exact reason as Juan. We went to the shop unexpectedly during the time Juan was supposed to be gone and he was THERE. When we mentioned the issues he acted as if he was intimidating us. As a black woman he referred to me and my mother as "man", he mentioned to us he was Mexican and he told us to get out and do whatever we were going to do.
