I was in a dilemma and needed some bodywork done on my vehicle but was unsure of exactly what all…read morework would actually need to be done so I made a post on yelp looking for a shop to do the repairs. Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.

I called for shocks observer for my Lexus. They told me on the phone. They were $75 each and even though when I went there, I showed them they are online for about 250 for all four of them But the reason I'm buying them for such a place because I need all the bolts and screws that goes with it someone swap that to a non-hydraulic and I'm trying to put it back the way it was. I purchased the car that way so she charged me 220 and it was only for the two front ones after she charged me I figured that out I said that's fine and they do not let you see the part before you take it off. You have to pay for it and then if you don't like it, they refund you the money. The guy brought the shots and one of them is damaged so they said OK will charge your only for one so they refund the money and charge me for one but then I thought about it it's not worth it to take one. I want it all four of them, but at least if not only two I cannot take one. I won't do me any good so I asked for a refund for the other one at that time. It was a guy at the window so he said bring everything back which is talking about the screws because he knows that's what I need the most and I'm pretty sure they will throw that in the garbage so I did and I asked them for the screws and I told him I pay you 20 bucks for them even though they're not even worth anything and they are going to throw them in the garbage he says no I wasted my time driving 45 minutes ago and 45 minutes back paying tollway and gas and on top of that I got a red camera ticket couple blocks from their place I really don't recommend this place not even to an enemy, even if they do have your part, there's a lot of places out there are more appreciated for your business and at least they have a positive attitude lost about $130 for nothing and you wouldn't give me couple screws that you're going to throw in the garbage for $20

Do not use this company. They RIPPED OFF My Mom for $400 for a 9 Mile tow. We were quoted $125 plus $3 dollars a mile. When they arrived at my mom's house (mom is 81 years old) they hooked up the car on the flat bed and then, demanded $400. My mom told him that is not what my daughter said she was quoted. My mom told him to take her car off the tow. The driver refused. My mom felt stuck, I was on a plane on my way to Arizona and couldn't take her call or help her, so she handed the driver a credit car. He refused the card and told her she needed to get cash. My mom had to pay him cash. In addition the driver REFUSED to give her a receipt, so she can't even get reimbursed from her insurance company and when I try to call them they hang up on me. The probably do not give receipts because they are probably not reporting the income to the IRS. I will be reporting that possible issue as well!
