They refused to help me find the adapter and told me I was on my own to find an auto shop that has one. I left without being able to install the brand new $600 tire I just purchased from them. I took my vehicle to a local shop just 2 minutes away from Discount Tire. The local shop was able to take the nail out. Turns out the nail didn't even penetrate my tire enough to cause issues, as they tested it for leaks and it turned out just fine. I went back to return the new tire.
