These guys charged us over $460 for a pin that costs $10. They claimed they needed two hour minimum labor even though we went to their shop, not a road side call or anything. We tried to explain that this is overpriced but they blocked our truck and trailer and demanded full payment or they will lock the gate with our equipment and driver on their yard! That is what the owner subscribed to however, that is not the technician that came out to service my vehicle. I needed a radiator for my son's car, I am a single woman so, when I was told that the vehicle needed a radiator, I wanted to do two things take pics of the receipt and the new radiator itself. I asked the technician to allow me to do so, he first ignored my request, he next refused and finally told me I am not going to tell him how to do his job, I am not a mechanic so I would have no clue how to tell him to do his work. We concluded our business there and I drove my son's car to our neighborhood garage to get the work done. Since when does the one paying the bill have only the right to pay the bill and no other rights? Worst experience. We live in a competitive world, there's always someone right around the next Google search willing to accommodate - So much for trying to patronage this black owned business.

Corey was not able to install my aftermarket tail lights and still charged me. After he left I fixed the issue on my own in one minute. Corey also left my trunk open because he broke it then tried to get me to pay quickly and left I had to call him and demand for him to come back and fix what he broke. Long story short Corey is not the smartest guy on the block, I would only call if your desperate. The worst thing was when he tried to run from me after he broke my trunk. If I could give these guys zero stars I would, I've been going to this shop for about a year…read morealready and Im a repeated customer. The first time I came to this shop I've swapped my engine with them, I've spent a lot of money with these people I couldn't even get more than 2,000 miles on the truck since I replaced the engine with them and I told them already about the odometer not working properly still hasn't been fixed and my truck is still at the shop since I broke down in Dallas tx and had to tow it to there shop, they recently told me that it was the injectors going bad and they've been giving me the run around Natalie , Hugo , & Richardo promising me they were going to take my injectors to go get tested and they never did, and wanting me to go take it instead because they owe the people money and want me to take it when I don't have time and that I'm working. (Also as you can see they leave trash on my truck and Hugo and Richardo never return my calls)
