They have worked on all 3 of my families vehicles. They have addressed and fixed all issues. When we had a disagreement or misunderstanding they remained calm, answered my questions, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They do the best to try to keep customers happy to the best of their ability. My only problem is I wish they would waive diagnostic fees if the work gets done.

I asked her what if I didn't have the money to pay for it then what precautions would we have to take and she said "well we didn't have to cross that bridge did we" and pretty much blamed me for not asking for a price. It was a kind young man who also helps in the front office who came outside and spoke to me and gave me a little knowledge on how they run that business. I've only been here twice, but my read on these guys is: 1) they are old school grease monkeys 2) they do what needs to be done on your car and they don't try to sell you other repairs you don't need 3) reasonably priced 4) the shop is not "pristine" like some other shops, but this is an appearance thing only. I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership.
