I went in for a consultation for lashes, and could tell immediately she knew her stuff. I got my lashes done the next day(3D Volume). my lashes are about a week and a half old and I haven't had more that 3-4 lashes fall out - they still look full and amazing! I also love the environment of her salon, it's clean and quiet. While I was getting my lashes done I asked Trisha about getting my brows done and ultimately decided to do my brows too because she is SO knowledgeable and clearly well-trained(not to mention talented). I mean yeah, I was nervous getting my face tattooed..it's a tattoo! But as soon as I arrived for my appointment, Trisha made me feel comfortable and answered ALL the questions I had about the color and the shape and the process and the needle(literally everything). Trisha was super patient with me and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly and showed me my brows after she did the outline, the base shading, and then after the first brow was done. Overall, only offered measly 15% discount 'next time' for harm done. Long version: I really wanted to like this place. It was close to home, had an asian owner, and I had a decent experience my first time around just one month ago---so I thought it would be okay the second time around...I had just come back from a vacation and had just a few lashes left from my first round-thought it was fine to do a removal and new set put in on the same day. I went to the same tech as before and everything seemed okay...until it just wasn't. During the eyelash removal - with absolutely no warning I got a piercing, burning feeling in my eyes - I asked if this was normal and she just laughed and handed me a fan then continued letting me feel searing pain during the whole 30 min of removal. Next came the new set of lashes which burned, itched, and my eyes were full of discharge...the tech this was fine and i paid, left a good tip and left. On my drive home, my eyes were red, itchy, burning and full of discharge. My vision was also pretty blurry and sensitive to light. All throughout the night my eyes felt painful and itchy (but no water for 24-48 hrs so...I abided by that rule). Fast forward to the next morning (less than 12 hrs after I got the new set) and I called in to see if they could just get the lashes off of my eyes (since the pain and everything didn't seem worth it to me anymore and quite frankly I just wanted my money back---which for the amt of pain and the money I paid I thought this was a feasible task--nope I was wrong). The owner (Sonia) offered to remove them and stated that her technician who did my lashes had already gotten reprimanded in the past for the same exact issue with a different client and said "I will talk to her she shouldn't have done a removal and new set on one day, she should have communicated better during the whole session, should have been careful while using tape as it seems you got a scratch on your cornea from the tech, should have rinsed the removal product properly after removing the eyelashes and had you use water and soap to rinse your eyelids after the removal" - this is a direct quote of what she stated to me (essentially she apologized that her tech didn't follow procedures as they should have been and that my eyes looked super irritated and frankly very harmed). I waited for her to say more...but then she just told me to lay down for the lash removal. I then asked if I could have a full refund since I didn't even get to enjoy my second set of lashes fully (and with tip it was about $120) --after all the previous apologizing for her technician's bad technique I thought this was reasonable of me to ask. She then hit me with a 'no because you knew the risk and my tech should be paid for her time she took' (no I signed the consent form for Covid risk--not for going through searing pain and feeling as though I was going blind...much less get a scratch on my cornea from the tape that her tech used during the process of putting the new extensions on...so no-I did not ask for those risks. Additionally, I'm a paying customer who also took time out of her weekend to get damage to her eye in the end) - she then started to tell me I just have sensitive eyes and how I should have said something (I did state I have sensitive eyelids and that I have had allergies to lash glue on the info form I filled on my first visit), how I need to choose a diff tech next time, how I should not have done a removal and new set in a day (ok yah you guys could have told me that before I made an appt to do it then? Or maybe don't have that as a choice on your menu of services?) and how I can get a 15 percent discount (yay....) and she will not charge me for the removal cost (removing lashes that caused ME eye damage and an infection...). Overall, please save yourself the nightmare of a day I have had today running around trying to find an optometrist to look at the damage done to my eye. I have now been prescribed antibiotic drops to help it heal and am 120 dollars short for less than 12 hr lash extensions. Will not be going back.

Besides she has been around for a long time before the market is saturated by lash techs. She is very professional and getting service from her is just simple and not much fuss. Her work always last a month or more on me, which means that she uses high quality lashes and adhesives. She is very experienced in this field, yet she is very humble about it. She is passionate about her work and the business she has build over the years despite being a busy mom also. I call her super mom! She listens to her customers and she takes the time to explain and evaluate options with them with no pressure at all. Her customer service and response time is good also. The business is located in a cute little house on Grand ave with a designated parking section for her customers. Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean. So this is the 3rd time I tend to schedule an appointment with a specific person and at a certain time and every time I go I am paired with someone else. I would say it's fine but then I don't understand why on their website it would have me choose a specific person if they don't pay attention to that. Today I went in with a 9am appointment and once again didn't get the person I requested as they were working with someone else. I decided to continue with the person they placed. I picked a deep pink mauve color. When the person brings the color it's the one I selected on the chart yet when he puts the color on it's a yellow brown and I communicate is this the right color as it does not match the tag on the bottle either. The first coat looks yellow brown he insists it's the right color and I need to wait for more coats of color. I decided fine let me wait for the end result as he is done with all the coats. During the prep of my nails there are certain cuts he makes so I bleed obviously and still proceeds to use the nail paint brush even tho it just touched some blood which I thought wasn't sanitary for whoever will use that color next. As he applies the coats the color definite does not look like anything I picked. He takes some color off and reapplies the coats on several fingers and at this point my hands have been in and out of the machine like 8 times. Because of this I have some fingers that are not the same color. For example my ring finger looks darker brown and the rest yellow brown. Then by the end he tries fixing the end of where he applied nail polish and is way too harsh with the nail filer that he creates a cut. Over all my experience was not great and even tho I communicate the color wasn't it I just felt like there was no accommodation or realizing that yeah the bottle is labeled wrong.

Her table is super comfortable, the music is a great mix. She uses gel eye patches to protect delicate undereye skin (very important for women of a certain age. Ahem.) Her passion for providing great service was evident after talking to her the entire appointment-I didn't fall asleep once!
