My initial encounter was stellar. I needed new tires and a tune up, so I called. The proceedure was explained. When I got there I wasnt sure how to get my bike in so I called and a very nice guy told me to park in the loading dock and he would come out and help me with my bike. Cute! I got my bike off my rack all by my lonesome -smile- and waited. The gentleman that came out was very nice and took my bike in and set up my whole repair situation. I felt confident I was in good hands. After missing my bike for a few days, I realized I had no receipt or proof that I had handed over my bike. I remembered something about an email receipt but couldn't find one, so I called. Got their automated phone reply that they would call me. No call. Still missing my bike desperately and worrying about no receipt I called again. Same automated reply that they would call me. On day 10, the estimated finish date, I went down to the shop and parked in the loading dock area and tried to get in. Couldn't so I called, surprisingly they answered, and served up a little attitude about a front door. Whatever! A shorter gentleman let me in and said he hadn't called me back yet, as they are closed on Mondays, it was Tuesday, and the earlier call was not returned either. He let me know the parts just came in and it would probably be done that day. No call. I got an automated text that my bike was ready for pick up...after they had closed for the day. I picked up the following day. Same shorter guy with attitude but I did see the nicer original guy. He apparently doesn't have an issue with people coming and going out the loading dock area and allowed me to take my bike that way, unfortunately I wasn't parked back there, due to attitude guy from day before. The guy with polka dot socks is super nice too. Overall a good experience, and my bike has never been so clean... one star reduction for attitude and no call backs. read more

I bought a used ebike and brought it here to have a tune-up. He was able to wash it and check it over within the day and I was able to pick it up by the evening. I tested it out in the parking lot, and it runs so smoothly now! I'll definitely come back if I need anything else with my e-bike. read more

Great customer service, shitty work on the bike. I've taken my bike in 5 separate times to fix a pinch pop. Payed extra to get it 'pop proofed' just for it to pop again. I get that pinch pops are hard to fix, especially on a bike with no suspension, but I shouldn't have to bring my bike in more than once for it to get fixed. read more

Had the best experience at this bike shop yesterday. This was a spur of the moment bike pub crawl we needed bikes for. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bike shop owner, Ryan, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took time to make sure we were comfortable before heading out. The actual bikes rode smooth, were easy to use and had along battery life, which made the experience that much more enjoyable! Pricing was fair and rental options were numerous. We rented for all day use! I'd definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone looking to explore the area on an e bike. This shop also sells bikes for incredibly reasonable prices! These guys are professionals. I had a flat tire on my Gotrax electric scooter and unlike other repair shops in Reno that do not quickly answer their phones, these guys did. I spoke to Ryan over the phone, explained to him the situation and he asked me to bring the scooter in and I did. They are in downtown Reno in the old Post office on Virginia Street and are easy to reach. Dropped my scooter off and a week later called them again and they let me know it would be ready by Thursday, and it was. The reason I'm giving them a 4-star rating instead of 5 is because I specifically asked them to order and install HONEYCOMB Tires, which are stronger and more shock absorbent than standard scooter tires. A week later I found out that they ordered regular tires. Sure, the tires they ordered are nice and highly rated and work great, but it wasn't exactly what I asked for, it is important to listen to customers. Still, they fixed the flat tire and that is the important thing so I recommend them for people that own bikes or electric scooters in Reno and want to get them repaired. read more

This bike shop is the ONLY one I bring my bikes too, if I can't fix it myself, because I know it'll be done right, & always in a timely manner. What's most important to me about LBS, is their quality of work, & if they're ACTUALLY A PART of the local bike communities, & the owners not only participate in our group rides & other events, they're also advocating to make Reno a safer place to ride bikes, especially for those of us with kids. Their work is always top notch, & what I appreciate most is that they get the work done ASAP, & for someone who commutes full time on my bikes/ebikes, as well as does food delivery getting my bike fixed right away is paramount because every day it's just sitting in someone's shop to get fixed I'm losing money. I purchased an Engwe electric bike and needed the motor replaced. After receiving the replacement from the factory, I found a special tool was needed to complete the replacement. Amazing service! E-bike wizards. They saved me $500 by fixing my rad battery. I fried the battery by touching the charge port with a key trying to open the port cover. They were able to get in and replace the fuse. read more
