The employee working the front desk during my visit (an older gentleman with white hair and a white beard) told me to "look it up on my phone" when I asked a simple question. When I then asked if they had the wiring in stock so I could see it, he dismissively told me it was "all the way in the back of the store," without offering any assistance. I came in fully prepared to spend over $100, but the lack of basic customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere. It's frustrating when you're ready to support a local business and are met with that kind of attitude. I won't be returning.

I parked in front of the store, where I assumed the spots were meant for customers. Instead of being greeted, I was immediately approached in an aggressive manner by one of the employees, who started yelling at me for parking "in the wrong place." When I entered the store and asked to speak with a manager, I received no clear explanation. Instead, I was told to leave the store and wasn't even given a chance to buy anything. When I asked a reasonable question -- "Do you even want customers and money?" -- I was told, "No, we do what we want," while the manager fully supported the employee who had been rude to me earlier. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the overall attitude towards customers. I absolutely do not recommend this business.
