When I then asked if they had the wiring in stock so I could see it, he dismissively told me it was "all the way in the back of the store," without offering any assistance. I came in fully prepared to spend over $100, but the lack of basic customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere. It's frustrating when you're ready to support a local business and are met with that kind of attitude. I won't be returning.

I parked in front of the store, where I assumed the spots were meant for customers. Instead of being greeted, I was immediately approached in an aggressive manner by one of the employees, who started yelling at me for parking "in the wrong place." When I entered the store and asked to speak with a manager, I received no clear explanation. Instead, I was told to leave the store and wasn't even given a chance to buy anything. When I asked a reasonable question -- "Do you even want customers and money?" -- I was told, "No, we do what we want," while the manager fully supported the employee who had been rude to me earlier. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the overall attitude towards customers. I absolutely do not recommend this business. I respectfully ask the store management to contact me at 310-500-7174 to resolve this situation. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek legal assistance.

I have been coming here since then for all of my lighting needs and recently had 2 lamps repaired. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough and recommended changing the outdated and unsafe electrical cord on 1 of the lamps. He repaired both lamps quickly and charged fairly. He texted me with an update on his arrival time, which I also appreciated. I had a couple things for him to look at - a fan in our laundry room, loose wires left in cabinets by previous owners from a sound system, and an EV charging unit that was installed on the side of my house. My goal was to repair the laundry fan, tie back the loose wires and make sure they were safe for our baby, and to get the EV station working so I could use it. He addressed all of it in a couple of hours. He actually removed the existing EV and installed a new outlet that would accommodate my fast charger. I was super happy with his work, and we will continue to use him again for any electrical needs. He is also extremely kind and direct, which I always appreciate and I feel he gave us a very fair price. The quality and value are the best I've seen from an electrician in LA.
