Nate's portfolio at Spyder Rose seemed to match the style and quality I wanted. I went to the shop for a consultation and was impressed by the friendliness of the artists and cleanliness of the shop itself. I provided a couple reference photos and Nate created a beautiful custom design. Less than two weeks later, I have the piece I wanted and it's healing very well so far. The price was reasonable and what I expected to pay for the size and quality. I'm really happy with my entire experience at Spyder Rose and will work with Nate on another piece in the near future.

I wish I never went through with it because the man was very cold and uninterested in anything I had to say. I expect a tattoo artist to take pride in his work, not only did he not show any sort of care but he even bled and scared me. At the end process, the second skin was full of blood and ink and I had to remove it instantly. The tattoo healed horribly and completely uneven shading, I have a scar form in the tattoo from being shredded up. He showed no remorse when I returned to show him his work, and did not try and make the situation better. I will never return to this artist or shop. $300 to have to look at a tattoo that fills me with dread. Thanks, Avanti

She wasn't open to my opinion and lacked communication on her behalf. I understand that it's my fault that my mind changed but there was no need for her to act the way she did. I waited 4-5 months for this appointment just to deal with this. Overall, I was not pleased with her attitude especially considering all the good things I had prenviously heard about her.

Surprisingly (based on previous experiences) they responded immediately and were helpful in finding a time to come by. Rob already had my concept printed when I arrived and was quick to share his ideas on how it could be created. We set a time for 2-days later to get it done. When I came by the shop for the appointment -- the team was once again very friendly and professional (no nonsense). Rob was well prepared, we quickly agreed on placement and were working on the piece quickly. Extremely impressed with Robs work, it came out better than I expected. Rates were fair and was overall very impressed with their operation.
