very helpful staff. i walked in very confused, didn't know where to start and the worker there (Ryan i believe) put me at ease. he showed me the vape pens and accessories, and the juices under the cases. he asked what flavors i liked after i asked what's good for a starter, i mentioned fruit and he told me about the couple that he liked, blue raspberry, a mix of berry and pineapple peach. so on to the tasting bar, he asked that i take a seat and let me try about three flavors, the ones he mentioned. (i could've done more but i'm pretty shy about things like that.) i told him i read about what flavors are not good for the plastic clearomizers and he clarified that, clove, root beer, cinnamon, and strong mint (peppermint/spearmint) flavors since they will crack the plastic and the flavor will leech into it and said if i worry about that it's best to get a glass clearomizer. great advice! so i ended up getting a bottle of tropical freeze (pineapple/peach) with 6mg of nicotine, paid and was on my way! the staff said i was welcome to come back and vape it up and hang out and if i had any problems with my vape pen to bring it in. cool people indeed. very happy with my purchase!! i will be back if i'm ever in the area. read more

I have been to the original E-Cig City in Laguna Beach a few times and decided to stop by this location in Upland to check it out recently. The shop is very clean and organized with reasonable prices for a brick and mortar vape shop. The owner is very friendly and gave me some tips on some RDA builds. I brought in a couple of dripping atomizers that I wanted to drill larger air holes and he drilled them out for me at no charge (the other shops that I have been to charge $5 for this service). And they have testers for basically every vape juice they sell. Dee knows every single juice in this place and will find you exactly what you're looking for. She's your go-to for vape juice. And everyone that comes in is nice and it feels more like a huge group of friends that are hanging out. In addition to having enough juice to get a vaping family of 4 through an apocalypse, they also have a really good selection of mods and tanks. They have a nice selection of mods from Triade, Hcigar, Wismec, Limitless Mod Co. SubZero. They sell a lot of Smok products, so you can find anything you could possibly want from Smok. THEN, if you find a mod you like, they have every style atomizer you could want: Sub Ohm, RDA, RTA, RDTA. Really, though. I have bought 6 mods and then some from Joe and co., and I couldn't be happier with every single one. Joe was there to spend as much time as was needed to help me find what I wanted and showed me how everything worked, his opinion, and how to build everything. Bottom Line: Just go here. Was my first experience going to a vape shop instead of buying online, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner Liz was friendly and knowledgeable about all the e-juices and tanks on display, and I ended up walking out with a rebuildable Vivi Nova to replace the terrible disposable CE4's I've been using. I made the mistake of going back to these guys after being ripped of once before by them, but my dripper was not working and I was desperate. I asked if the short haired lady could help me rebuild my coil. She said that She would do it free. She started to replace the cotton then asked if I had two bucks I said I thought it was free she said yes but you'll have to pay for the cotton now it's hard for me to believe that a tiny little piece of cotton cost $2 when she said it would be free to rebuild she is not good for her word I do not recommend this place at all. Also I bought a great tasting juice from them, then bought the exact same juice a week later and it tasted hideous I hear that they clone their juices it would not surprise me considering how the owner is trying to juice every dollar she can from her customers. read more

Great shop!! I was impressed with the wide selection of juice they have and the great customer service they provided. From the second I walked in the door they were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Out of all the local shops I've been to, they are the first to offer juice that I've been looking to purchase and new flavors I've been wanting to try. Their selection of juice is huge. They have a plethora of different brands, flavors, and bottle sizes. Also, their pricing was by far the best compared to other local shops. When I was there they were having a sale: 15ml bottles were $7, 30ml bottles were $12, and 60ml were, I believe $20. Not exactly sure about the 60 ml bottles. But they were definitely well worth the price. Lastly, I was happy to see a vape shop open later than 8pm. I went in on a Sunday night, and they were open until midnight that Sunday. So, that's another big plus in my book. This shop has definitely become my go to vape shop from now on. Definitely the best vape shop in the area that I've visited.
