Hey longtime customer ive been going for years! However end up buying a vape for $15 and it had a guaranteed 800+ puffs the other day and it dies within 3 hours? Went back but caught the guy leaving shop and said he would give his boss a call. I said it was cool i don't wanna wait and all that so i say i could just always come back the next day and so i did. They told me to get lost and there was nothing they could do! Not cool! They probably sold me a fake vape! Anyways they lost a customer, and also they threw away my business cards i left which they said they were cool the literal day before with which makes me see how fake this store actually is. Bummer. Wandered into this place because Thomas Jefferson will be coming home for a visit this weekend so I thought I would see what cool things they had here. Mediocre at absolute best. I will say, they have a decent selection of wraps and paper's, however the selection isn't very plentiful when it comes to a moderately priced, functioning piece's. I've been around the game 7+ years, I know what, where and how much all these China brands cost, yet seeing them marked up 200%? Okay, so anyways.. I went and asked for down stem clip, which I was explaining to another patron inside its purpose when I accidentally dropped it on the store keepers side of the display case. I mentioned it, with an apology to start, and got attitude from the little kid with the fro'. Like, you're not even busy my guy, why be such a prude about it? I'll attach the photo so you can see what I was charged 5 bucks for, when these go for maybe .75 cents to a buck fifty Max.. I payed it because I thought this was the only place available. Little man also tried spitting some shit in my ear about the silicone pipes were made for oil, when it's very clear it's a spoon for flower. Don't get me started on the vape line. Either choose a vape shop or a head shop, nobody likes replicas or China juice. 3+ types of China butane and no dark crystal? FOH All in all, if I'm out of butane for my torch and Smokers Boutique across the way is closed, I'll hit circle k. Went in and bought a cheap butane lighter which malfunctioned when I kept it hot for too long... called the store and the man I worked with was extremely kind and helped me temporarily fix it. I went back in to return it (I was given full price back) and decided to upgrade to a pen and he was super helpful, and gave me a discount for my troubles. The brother of the owner, he is a jovial white man who's name is Nick. He fixed a problem for me free of charge, created by the owner of a different smoke shop, called Stardust, in Rancho Cucamonga. My e-cigarette that I had bought from the aforementioned smoke shop had a broken battery which was scorching my juice. I bought it may 1, and being new to e-cigarettes, I was clueless as to how to use it or how it should smoke and taste. I didn't know why it was so harsh. I did not know why it was so harsh and would not stop heating up. Nick explained to me that the battery was very damaged. It wasn't supposed to stay on all the time like it was which burnt out my burner and ruined the taste of my tank. He replaced my battery, burner and tank! ;-) I am LOVED NG my vaping experience now!!! Nick is awesome!!! I left a very HAPPY customer!!! This is my absolute FAVORITE smoke shop!!!
