Dakota, is alway friendly courteous and more than helpful! I've had a ton of luck finding coils, pods ect. For devices if had for a long time. This place also has great costumer care as far as complementary drinks, snacks and branded merchandise! I'd recommend this store to anyone, always a relaxed, no pressure experience!

I've been coming here (and only here) since 2018 after I quit smoking cigarettes. They are really good about explaining products. I recommend the Naked grape flavor (green bottle). There is a wide variety of flavors and choices to select from. The shop is clean and well organized. The staffs are all very kind and its always a pleasant experience to come in once every 1 or 2 weeks. Plus they offer a free drink, so I always walk out with a bottle or can of soft drinks.

Well, I'm really upset. I haven't been in here for a while and I just came back. They have new people here after the construction, and I walked into a geek bar which normally was $25 and today he cost me $44 for one geek bar. I asked him why and he said because and then I was like that's weird cause all the other ones there you know 25 but he was like double charging like it was crazy anyway super disappointing, very rude like I would not recommend this to anybody read more

I absolutely love coming to the safe store I've been here for 7 years and they're open late super knowledgeable everybody's sweet and they have a good selection their prices are absolutely on point as well. I've always felt completely comfortable with my purchases that I've made because I know that I've been making them with a knowledgeable staff that knows exactly what is what what's going to work and what is not going to so that way when you get home you know you're not going to have to be pissed off about it and have to return it read more

I hit up at least 5 vape shops before finally coming to eCig. So happy I found this spot. Amazing selection compared to all the other places and such a wide variety. **Length Warning** I've been to (AFAIK) every vape shop worth going to within a several-mile radius, and I can say with confidence that these guys have the best staff, inventory, storefront, attitude, and knowledge base I've come across yet. I haven't visited another shop since I first came here. Staff greet you when you walk in, offer you a beverage of some sort from their fridge in the little lounge area if you have to wait for someone, and are very helpful no matter your experience level or what you came in for (unless you're under 18). The storefront itself is very well put together compared to some other places I've seen -- they clearly had some hefty startup costs. Hardwood floors, a couple minifridges, coffee machine, nice-looking sofas, spotless display cases, a nice shelving system, noninvasive storage, and seasonal decorations on occasion. They've got tons of juices (more so than other places), but what's more, they know damn near all of 'em, which is impressive in and of itself but also means you can really easily find what you like best; they have a great sample bar (all samplers 3mg nic, if anyone's interested), including samples of different tanks, which I love and have never seen before in 5 or 6+ shops; they have a wide selection of mods and RDAs; and carry a variety of little accessories (e.g. drip tips, tank bands, sleeves, etc.). Been there ~10 times at the time of this review, never had a bad experience and doubt I will. I think I only really have two complaints, and they're small: one, the prices are a little high, but by a reasonable margin I don't mind paying to help keep 'em going; and two, I wish they filled every tank on the tank sample bar with all the same juice so one could get an accurate idea of which tanks have the best cloud production/flavor production and/or so one can pick up on the mannerisms of different tanks. This place is horrible. If you're new into vaping, then I can see how you may give this place a positive review... because you don't know any better. This shop is in OC, the mecca of electronic cigarettes at the moment, yet they have a small selection and the prices are outrageous. The juice selection is no bueno. Pinkspot, "Their" brand (which actually isn't their brand), Villain Vapors, and that's about it. That's about as mainstream and bland of juices you can get in the industry. Mods ( ecigs) Joytech.... and that's it. Joytech is a Chinese company who mass produces items. Much like other mass produced things that come from China, they are poorly made. Tanks/clearomizers, they stopped selling the wicks for the standard joytech clearo's and said that they were "discontinued" and that you'd have to buy the new clearo. false and a lie. They sell glass tanks... congratulations. Who doesn't sell Cirrius tanks. Yet again, a standard, nothing special tank or clearo wil run you about 40% more than online and 20-30% more than another local shop. Drip tips, they don't even fit a 510 fitting! WTF is that?! i spent $20 on a drip there that online was $5 and ended up not even fitting my 510 hole. Wick and wire, don't sell it. RBA's/RDA's, don't sell it. Li-Ion batteries, don't sell them. Mechanicals, don't sell them. Long story short SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE, See what else is out there, see what your missing. If you're satisfied there currently, go to South County Vapors, Local Vape, Vapor Craze or Vapor Loft and then tell me how satisfied you are. read more

E cig is hands down the best shop in Orange County, and even in all of California! I cannot express how impressed I am with this place. This was a tad difficult because I think their customer service is generally good and they have refreshments like water and coke etc. which tells me they care about their customer. However I went in the other day because a glass tank they sold me had chipped. I hadn't dropped it or anything and even bought a protector and didn't understand why it would have chipped so I took it in. I explained to the guy helping me (I didn't get his name) that I didn't drop it and why would this have happened. He said he didn't know, maybe it was tightened to tight, to which I replied that it was an E-cig rep that replaced it....she would have been the one to have tightened it too tight, not me. I think he knew where this was going but he didn't offer to replace. He also had told me he's seen this before but its rare. I asked him to replace it and said he couldn't do that, he had no idea what might have happened and if I dropped it etc. I then explained that I've spent over $700-800 with them and does he think I would lie over $5? Still refused. Maybe I'm being petty but I got the feeling I should take my business elsewhere. What does it cost them, a buck? read more

after making the trek to ecig city and dealing with that god awful place i found this gem. extremely friendly employees that go out of their way to give you better deals. they offer samples for any flavor you would like in 18mg's, with a menus that describe each flavors taste. they have too many flavors to count, honestly. a lot of pink spot brand juice but they also have their own house flavors, and they are as good as it gets. a lot of different models to choose from, and they are still stocking more. the only thing they did not have were provari vapes but assured me that they would be getting them in soon. they can tell you the differences/pros/cons of each model. they let me mix and match batteries and tanks and helped me set them up. after my purchase, in my bag they included a small brochure like menu of all their flavors and gave me a card with the stores contact info on it. i was very impressed with their customer service and am definitely going back again. if you live closer to mission viejo than laguna, e cig gallery is your best option. read more

Fawad is absolutely amazing! I walked in not knowing anything about e-cigs and he took the time and effort to walk me through how to use everything I needed and wanted. He also helped me pick out a setup that wasn't out of my price range so I felt incredibly comfortable with the purchase. He helped me personalize it when he brought out the charms and I was amazed at the selection he had to offer, including juices, tanks and batteries. He assembled everything off of the display case so I had a clear idea of what my e-cig would look like before committing to the purchase. He asked me about my day and showed a genuine and very hospitable attitude, especially when he walked around the counter just to grab me a water. Overall, very pleased with the service, and he dressed very well and professional. His demeanor is astounding and he is pretty damn good looking. ;D Everyone should go and visit him! He'll take care of you if you're completely new to vaping or just a returning customer, he makes me want to come back as often I possibly can. :) read more

I don't ever leave bad reviews but the service was just so horrible. I bought a mod here and decided not to purchase the tank which would have added $10 to my total (I had a tank that worked perfectly fine at home.) When I got home I realized that the tank didn't really match the mod color so I thought "hell why not just get the other tank." Came back to the store two days later, and asked if I could purchase the tank for $10 since I just purchased the mod so recently. The guy acted like he didn't just help me purchase the whole mod plus chargers and batteries 2 days before and told me that I had to have purchased it all together in order to get the promo. REALLY...... so I buy all the items required for the promo, and because I didn't buy them all at the same time I don't get the promo. Really pissed me off especially considering the fact that I came back just 2 days after I purchased the damn thing. Improve your customer service, after all without us you wouldn't have a business :) read more

Total rip-off store. They are nice and patient, but that's the least they can do when they are pretty much stealing your money. Products fail a lot. I bought a set of Joyetech eGo C, for which I paid a basic price of $130. That very same day I realized the tanks and mouthpieces leak a lot, and when I went back they just told me that such tank system was not a good one and sold me another $40 worth of some other type of tanks and atomizers. They work slightly better, but still fail a lot. So do batteries. But there is no warranty whatsoever. If you buy something, and try it at the store and it doesn't work, all they do is find nice words to tell you that you are screwed, and convince you to buy yet another upgrade. By the third or fourth time this happened, I was done; never again to that store. The poorest business ethics I have seen in years. Sadly they are hurting the e-cigarette business, which is bad for all. read more

These guys and gals are Fantastic! If you are new to Vaping, or just looking for a cool place to hang out and find some new flavors, these are the folks you want to come see! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable about their entire range of products and are extremely friendly. Their prices are good, they have a huge selection of flavors and a wide variety of E-Cig hardware to choose from. They also have a wide range of nicotine levels as well, so you can start at what you are used to and work your way down. They go all the way down to zero. I personally was at a pack a day and now I'm down to a single cigarette or two in a day, If at all. Finally, their customer service is top notch, It has been a long time since I've visited a retail location with this level of customer service. As a result I will not go anywhere else and I will send everyone I know to the E-Cig Gallery! read more

I just recently started vaping and was a little intimidated with all the knowledge about products at first, ive been to other shops before, but the customer service was normally very unprofessional and the staff made me feel dumb for asking questions. but when i went into e-cig gallery to get some pods for my vape, the girls behind the counter (Candice and Jenni) instantly met me with smiles and actually made me feel welcome. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions, and gave me a great understanding about all the different kinds of vapes and juices! By the time I left i felt like i joined a family! I would gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to come back here than to go to my local, unprofessional shop. These girls made the visit and drive well worth it! Boy!, if one wanted an electric cigarette to try to quit smoking, as my girlfriend and I did, this sure seems the place to go. Seems like they have everything that one would need to try out with this new product to quite smoking. Plus the people - two - that helped us weren't too pushy but seemed very glad to give us all the information that we asked about. I sensed that they really knew the pros and cons of these electric cigarettes but they also were super nice people. We felt no pressure, they helped steer us to what, so far, has been working really well for us. I'd like other people to know about this apparently easier way to quit smoking, but also I highly recommend the E Cig Gallery store there in Orange county. This place is outstanding. You are welcomed when you walk in, it warm and very inviting. They have a TV, couch, and drinks. I did some price comparing at different shops and found this one to be about the same as all the other ones. The staff is very knowledgeable on the products they carry; Anthony, thank you for that. The juices they carry are limited, but they know what that have and can even get you hooked on a flavor you would have never tried. Customer service was fantastic, although they had a lot of customers in the store at the time, I never left just waiting for help. Never coming back to this store. The owner is a punk. I asked for some decent priced parts for my e cig cause I tend to break them quite frequently. I was talked down to for asking then given a sales pitch like I was at a used car lot. I have been vaping for over a year now and the stuff he tried to sell me was more overpriced than any shop I have ever been to. The next time I came in the store to buy a battery the owner didn't even acknowledge me or help me as he was stuffing his face with sushi. After standing around for 10 minutes I was treated the same way as the first time I came in. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone unless you have a bottomless bank account and no knowledge. read more

I love this place.. Just started vaping a couple weeks ago and chose this family owned shop.. Alex was the employee who helped us.. He is extremely knowledgeable and such a nice guy.. Every time we go there he rembers us and welcomes us like we are family... Today we went there because my vape wasn't working correctly unfortunately alex wasn't there yet but the owner Kelly helped us... He just like alex was friendly and extreamly helpful.... I would without a doubt recomend this place to anyone who is interested in vaping... I'd go here just 2 hang out because all the employees are cool people and fun to be around... I started vaping a few months ago so I am trying to check out all the vape shops in the area. I walked into ecig gallery yesterday and the place looked amazing probably the best decorated shop I have seen yet, The product selection was descent they could use some more mechanical mods and rba However i spoke with ed and he assured me that more would be coming in shortly. There juice selection was the best i have every seen I think they have over 200 flavors this was the only shop that i have been to that carried midas. this juice is amazing. I probably wont be back for a while I have many more shops to check out. however I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. read more

Stopped by as a new customer and was guided through the whole process in a very professional and most importantly informative way. There is a lot of information, however Dakota was really patient with my 1000 questions. I was even recommended how to vape safely as a new customer and what to watch out for as to not get any health issues. Very friendly environment and was even offered a drink (coffee, water or Soda) while I was shopping. E-Cig gallery is the best vape shop in south county fo sho! I love coming here the staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. They always have deals or sales going on and only carry quality sh*t! Did I mention the staff is way chill? Especially Hailey Wilson home girl hooks it up, But all of the staff is kick ass! E Cig Gallery has to be the best place when it comes to E-cigs. The first time I came in the sells man was so cheerful and very helpful. They let you sample any flavor you want, you can hang out and vape in the store. They offer fresh coffee, comfy leather couches, tables, they even have fresh fruit :) I will only come to E Cig Gallery. If your not going to E Cig Gallery you'r wasting you'r time.
