My wife has a ring that has both black and clear diamonds set in white gold. She loves the ring, but it is too big for her. She took it to several jewelers, but none of them were willing to make the ring smaller. They were concerned that reducing the ring would compromise the setting. We were in a tough spot. My search took me to E.D. Marshall Jewelers where I met Dominic, a friendly face behind the counter. I explained my repair dilemma and asked if he could fix an item which would make my wife very happy. I browsed the store while Dominic did the repair which took about 10 minutes. Dominick examined each one and completed the repairs in maybe 10 minutes while I waited. He is a very friendly guy and even did it for free since it was my first time in the store.
