I was charged 30 dollars for the consult which I was fine with until Sophia wanted to charge me 400$ for full foils and refused to help me find a solution within my 250$ budget. Then I had to come back two days later because I noticed my highlights were not close to my scalp. It looked like I had regrowth already. It was almost an inch in some places. I went back to get it fixed and it was extremely awkward. She barely said a word to me and I left with still regrowth. When I pulls hair up you can see almost an inch of regrowth still! I had been looking for a salon to do my hair and 4 bridesmaids, my moms and the flower girls hair for my upcoming wedding. She had known this before she ever highlighted my hair. I would have thought she would make sure my hair was correctly done. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. It could have been an opportunity to win new over new clients but instead i left with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they read the reviews and take something away from it. When I asked to speak with the owner she said the owner would call me on. Monday. I spoke to the owner the following morning who stated both that the stylist never said the above quote and then threatened to call the police over the bill. Krista colored her hair and then shampooed my daughters hair and the color was a mix between grey, black, brown and deep purple. She was upset and told Krista she just wanted her blonde hair back. Krista did a highlight and her hair turned orange and brassy. I should have not paid for the service but I was trying to get out of there as fast as I could because my daughter was about to breakdown. I asked Krista to have the owner,Paula, call me which I had to ask at least three times before she actually did. When Paula did contact me she was rude, hateful and unwilling to refund my money stating Krista was an experienced hair stylist. We went to another salon the next day to get advice and they were mortified at the results after showing them the picture that my daughter wanted. She did a test strip on her hair to see if she could fix it and it fell out after processing. Nothing could be done to her hair until we got it healthy again. It was fried and over-processed. I asked Salon Capelli what they used on her hair and they would not tell me. We had to do deep conditioning for a week and then go back to the new salon for more hair treatments. Still trying to get my daughters hair back to where it was. For a almost 17 year old girl, hair is everything. Please don't make a mistake and go to this salon. They are very dishonest and clearly don't know what they are doing. If Krista didn't think she could do it she should have told my daughter that.
