It's balanced and is my husbands go to every time. Breakfast burrito - definitely on the heavier side packed with meat but so yum! I don't always go for this option though since I like my breakfasts more on the lighter/fresh side since this FILLLLS me up & don't get hungry until like 6 hours later!! Avocado toast - ok when you look at it.. GRASSVILLE but... sooooo delish. The spouts are tasty (you might need to pick some off since can get a little empowering ) but sooo fresh. In general they use very very fresh ingredients and I need to ask them where they source their bread from since it's never stale/melts in your mouth! Love this place, I'm from Sacramento & wish we had something like this over there for easy bites/fresh coffee! The employees are super friendly always smiling & the ambiance is very chill & cutesy & clean with the perfect outdoor feel! My go to in Tulare/Visalia!

I have tried their banana, Thai Tea and lavender lattes and ask have been delish. They have breakfast options and a cute pastry case stocked with treats to choose from. Thank you so much for my morning energy while I eat in Tulare this past week.

I wish they had longer hours. That's the only complaint…read more I've been a couple times and it was exceptional both times. The potatoes were amazing, the biscuits were great, and the gravy was so good! There's a small indoor seating area that feels like a modern diner and they have plenty of tables under the pergola outside, where there's vines, birds, and flowers, which feels very relaxing.

The…read moreplace was about 80% occupied, which says a lot for that time of day, but it still felt chill and relaxed. The interior is modernized (not overdone), clean, and welcoming, with a nice quote on the wall that adds character. I ordered the breakfast burrito ($11). It's simple but very well seasoned (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and cheddar cheese). No meat, which I was craving, but the herbs and spices definitely carry the flavor. Not sure what they use, but it's tasty. Portion-wise, it's a solid medium-to-large burrito and comes split in half, so it could easily be shared. I've seen bigger burritos elsewhere, but this one is filling enough. That said, $11 feels a bit pricey for something so simple. I totally understand inflation, but I think adding a protein option like bacon, ham, or sausage would really elevate it and make the price feel more justified. Service was quick; about five minutes total and the cashier was very friendly. I mentioned it was my first time there and that I'm part of Yelp Elite. I kind of wish there had been a bit more engagement at that point, like suggesting a popular item or checking with the manager about anything for Yelpers. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a missed opportunity to go the extra mile. Overall, good food, chill environment, friendly service, and efficient turnaround.

The cuisine is French, specializing in breakfast but with more lunch-like options as well, making it perfect for brunch. Check out the menu, and consider ratatouille as your side--it's delicious! I especially appreciated the coffee, which is roasted on site. It was so good that I was tempted to order a second latte. They do occasional dinners too, but the focus is earlier in the day. Enjoy!

It's a win, win combination. 20% of her monies goes back into the local community. She offers work to local students along with helping the community by employing persons who need a second chance at life. The service was wonderful, the owner sat with us a few minutes since it was our first time dining there. She explained menu items and her philosophy on helping out her local community. Nice table and chairs with linen napkins. A small play area for kids (!) in the part of the restaurant that looks like it serves fresh made pasties and coffees. All fresh ingredients are used along with local food sourced by the community, she used the example of the fresh local pecans and walnuts used in the salads. Fresh french butter and cheeses. We had a Kir Royale to add to our beautiful lunch. I felt like I was back in France for lunch! We had a beautiful grilled salmon salad, the traditional french sandwich- Le Parisien, a Parisien omelet , also with a side of french fries and the well known Lyonnaise potatoes. We were all very pleased and happy with our meals. Each server was very helpful and kind . We brought home fresh croissants and the chocolate filled croissant. So delicious. We will return for crepes and many more items we were not able to try. It's worth the drive to Tulare. Only open until 2:00 PM. They do have a special dinner that you need to book in advance and it sells out, this is done about once a month.

Indo can be a little challenging to find; It is worth a stop though…read more The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and explains the dishes if you have any questions. Ambiance is very homey and comfortable. Feels like you're at your aunts house having dinner. Food is made to order- after you place your order give them about 20minutes to make it. Food is nice and hot ; we ordered tiki masala; rice; garlic naan and samosas ( both chicken and veggie). Tiki masala was good; good spice( love that you pick the spice level) ; just wish there was a little bit more chunks of chicken in it. Rice was good. The garlic naan was good; wish it had a little more butter on it; a couple parts were dry and doughy . Samosas were good; but there is definitely a size difference between the chicken and the veggie samosa . Chicken is definitely bigger and packed with more ingredients. All in all everything was good ! Two thumbs up!

We ordered rice, butter chicken, tandoori chicken and 6 garlic naans. The garlic naan was either super burned or severely undercooked none of them looked like typical fluffy garlic naans that I've had before. The butter chicken for the price felt like it was just leftover pieces of chicken used and added to a sauce to call it a day. They also forgot my rice when I originally got my order and provided an extra rice for the trouble of coming back. While it was appreciated on my end I was very disappointed in the quality of the naan we received the most.
