The front desk staff is extremely sweet and though I'm 23 (too old to not know how to follow instructions), they made sure to go over my paperwork with me and make sure that everything was filled out correctly. My nurse ran some preliminary exams and explained which tests I'd be taking. Doctor Kathy was A M A Z I N G! She is such a pleasure to speak to. In addition to talking to me about my health, she just took a general interest in me and my personal/professional life and it was something that improved my overall experience. I'd recommend anyone to make Dr. Kathy their primary.

I would up at Tallahassee Primary Associates as my current PCP's office is incompetent and gave me another clinic that never called me back. Upon further research, my companion gave me this place as he sees his PCP here, and additionally and more importantly for me, they have a travel clinic where they specialize specifically for my type of scenario. I filled out their form online with my travel itinerary, and within two days, I was called to set up an appointment. The week after I saw Marcia and she set me up for success with my travels, providing medications, vaccinations, and plenty of health information as well. Needless to say, given this entire experience, I am seriously debating changing PCP. I have nothing against my current PCP, but the office staff there has proven time and time again to be inefficient. Regardless, I'm sure I'll be back here again at some point. I'm not aware of another travel clinic in the city.

Don't put down you are accepting new patients when you are not. Also, schedule an appointment when paperwork gets turned in, even though you don't tell anyone you need it until you try to schedule an appointment. Being gun-shy, it took a while to trust him, but he has proven to be an absolute gem. He listens to his patients (both I and my mate see him) -takes your concerns into consideration, does not treat you as if you are a body part or an idiot, and makes you part of the treatment team. He is calm and has a good sense of humor and a great bedside manner. He is good about offering options for treatment up front, and he shows his concern for his patients. I have never had a problem getting an appointment right away if I am acutely ill. Staff are very helpful. The medical assistant staff are wonderful to deal with and are very compassionate.
