They also made them much shorter which looks very bad. The woman doing the wax told me she doesn't listen to clients and goes off their bone structure. Sounded nice but the result is embarrassing. They clearly don't train employees correctly. I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow and I am so embarrassed to be anywhere in public after my wax. I contacted corporate but have not heard back. I think it was just nasty to put a review like that on here. We are also small business owners and while social media can be a good thing, when used in a vindictive manner it isn't I don't believe for one minute she meant to be helpful in any way. She really listens to what you want done and makes sure that you are comfortable the entire time. I always get a Brazilian and she does great. Even takes the time to tweeze anything that didn't come up with the wax strips. She also works fast which i enjoy because some wax centers they can take up to 45 mins. Brandi gets you baby smooth in 15 mins. With minimal pain. Okay so I already know what your going to say, what about the but. Girl you have to get the Booty. You can't get everything taken off and leave that hairy. I promise it does not hurt. It's 4 strips and your done. Pain level for the back side is like a 2 out of 10. For those wondering, yes you can get a Brazilian while on your cycle. It's happened to me before. All they ask is that you wear a fresh tampon and you are good to go. They will be extra gentle and carful to not rip it out with wax. There is slightly more pain only because that area is extra sensitive due to being in you cycle. But all in all go get it. The first one you get is 50% off if you've never been. They offer great packages where you buy in advance and then go. I did it and it's great. I got a deal where it was buy 9 get 3 free and it came out to $500.They do offer payment plans which makes it more affordable.

The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
