Update: Called this place and the lady proceeded to argue with me about how she wouldn't refund me or work with me because "the nail has to be bleeding for 3 days to refund money" when I explained that I was upset about the service that was provided. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I went in to get a manicure with gel and explained to the lady that I was cut at a previous salon and got a pretty bad infection and was nervous to get my nails done again. The tech just smiled and nodded it off and shortly after, cut me pretty badly while trimming my cuticles. I told her I didn't want to continue with the gel because of my previous infection and she gave me an annoyed look and asked me a couple more times if I was going to get color. They ended up charging me $18 for basically my nails and cuticles to be trimmed and for me to be cut and bleeding. Pretty pissed off that they had the nerve to try to continue after the fact I explained my previous situation, asked me multiple times if I was going to still get color, and I had to pay that BS price for me to be worried about once again getting another infection because of carelessness. This is hard to write, the lady who did my pedicure was so so SO sweet. She was kind, the chairs and salon were nice. I got the Spa Pedicure, she clipped two of my cuticles too short and they bled, and it therefore stung for the entire time. It was hard to relax with that happening. The eucalyptus treatment for your legs is strong, like, little bit of burning strong. I paid $50 for lots of burning sensations between my cuticles and the eucalyptus treatment. Overall I think the intent was great she wasn't rude and cutting my nails to quickly or anything, but I won't ever go back. read more

I came here on a yelp suggestion and am so happy I stopped in. I have been recently running into to overly busy, dingy nail salons. The staff here was ultra friendly and the prices were just right. The prices are not hanging up but they have a book that you can flip through. I was able to get a mani and pedi for $35 and they look fantastic! My nail tech was super friendly, detailed, and funny. You could tell she took a lot of pride in what she did. Equipment was nice and the store area is clean! I would make the drive from Denver to rush back! Best mani/pedi I've had since being in the Denver area! The woman who did my nails was extremely thorough with my cuticles and cutting and shaping my nails. This is the first place that had regular matches for gel polish so I could get matching nails and toes! Unfortunately, the color marked as the match for my manicure is not quite the same color as the color of my manicure. There were a couple of unmarked bottles that I wish I inquired about, but I suppose I'll survive with slightly mismatched fingers and toes. The match for toes did cost $3 extra, which I didn't need to pay for the same brand in the city that I moved from, but I also suppose I'll survive. Very clean, very friendly. It's kind of a drive for me, but I'd make it for the quality. read more

You don't know how good you have it until it is are gone... I left the Denver Metro area at the beginning of September to move back East. Revo had been doing my nails for the last 14 years. I had various Nail Techs there doing my nails through those years - actually all of them! I have had two manicure/shellacs done since I left Denver. The first one was a complete lousy job. The second was better, but still nowhere near Revo standards. Mandy used to tell me how she held her Techs to such exacting standards. Now I completely understand! I came here for my birthday for a pedicure because I wanted to treat myself, but I didn't want to treat myself THAT much (i.e. I didn't want to spend the money on a swanky spa that I'd have to drive 30 minutes to get to). Turns out this place is a little gem in the dirty, dirty strip mall that it's part of. My pedicure was $22. Seriously. Is this normal?! This is probably the cheapest pedicure I've ever had and it didn't skimp on quality. I'm used to more private pedicures, but this place is one big room with pedi chairs on one wall and mani tables on the other side of the room. Luckily I had the first appointment so I was the only customer for the first 30+ minutes. Oh, and in case you're into getting waxed in public, there's a teeny draped off corner with a waxing table. Today, however I got a HACK job on my brows, not to mention the owners' children wander around the "salon" and get scolded by the owners, one of which is "Peter", the faceless profile that started the review of this salon. I took pictures of the baby wandering around AND my red eyebrow that is half missing. Two words I would NOT use to describe this place are professional and upscale. I also think it is VERY rude to speak in foreign languages around salon clients. I hate doing this and I rarely give bad reviews. I just wish I would have read a review like this before going in. I had Mandy put on a full set of acrylics. First of all, the salon is layered in dust. There is a small dog running around and the front door mat is completely hairy. (I love dogs, but some customers might be allergic to dogs). She hurts you when she pushes against your skin next to your nail with her nail. I ended up with a cut on one of my fingers. I also had excess glue around each nail that I had to try to disguise each day with oil. I went across the street and he noticed all the extra glue and removed it. A friend of mine recommended that I look into getting my nails shellaced, and I went to one nail place that I knew of in the Lakewood area and was less than impressed. Dirty, trashy place, and it was very uncomfortable. I basically live across the street from Revo, so one day after my first experience, I dropped in to check it out. How pleasing it was to see a clean, attractive place! Plus their price was lower than the other place! I strongly recommend this place. The quality of the work that they do is awesome, they are prompt to take me for my appointments, and I find everyone very friendly. I was in here to get a mani & pedi done 12 days ago and paid $75 dollars to have the schlack used because they said it lasted longer than normal nail polish. It is already cracking & chipping off my nails and they won't do anything. I can pay to have it done all over again but, in my opinion, I will not go back to a place that doesn't back up their work. I have had schlack last a month or more without chipping so I believe they do not throw away old product. read more
