I went in on a Saturday morning for a French manicure and it was fantastic. There was nobody else in there when I got there so service was quick and efficient. It started to fill up by the time that I left, but I have absolutely no complaints the lady that did my nails did a fantastic job. I loved the vibe of the salon. If I lived over there, I would go back. read more

Went in for pedicure, the young lady didn't seem to have any experience. Has me sit down while the water was filling in the bowl, she walked away water was extremely hot took my feet out she did add cooler water. She didn't use nail clippers to trim nails used the tool used to trim the cuticles the corners were left long. I had to cut those myself. Didn't trim the cuticles also used tools that had been used previously, I think she realized this and pulled out sterilized tools to smooth nails. Basically all she really did was cut and polish them. Be careful when you go there she is a college student, so I really don't think she is a trained nail tech. I don't think I'll be returning this is the 2nd time I have a poor pedicure. read more

This happened in February. I'd been here several times before and really had no complaints but the last time I went might be my last. I was being worked on for 2.5 hours. I'm usually in and out in under 1.5 and I was charged more than usual for the same thing - dip with extensions. Genuinely such a simple thing but 2.5 hours was actually brutal and my nails made me want to cry. I don't know what went wrong. The tech was nice but he just took forever and was overly detail oriented but still it didn't turn out right. I liked Linda but she's gone. Not sure who to request now. read more

WORST PEDICURE EVER!! Beware of older lady with glasses, bobbed haircut!! Wish I had the guts to not pay--but that wouldn't have felt right. The manicurist, "Nini" was fabulous, however. Paid basically $90 for a manicure. A TOTAL WASTE of $50 for the pedicure. The man (manager?) that I told how dissatisfied I was just smile and nodded his head!! He could have not cared less!!!!! BEWARE OF ABOVE-DESCRIBED LADY!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere for pedicures. I gave 1 star b/c I could use a negative #!! read more

I went in with high expectations, and was met with the best of the best! shoutout to my nail tech, Linda, who was super friendly and patient with my indescisive self, lol. she gave me EXACTLY what i wanted, to a T, and was overall a very pleasant person. BNB is a really great salon, good prices for really high quality nails! it's my go-to salon, and i recommend it to everyone. the vibe is relaxed and welcoming, but just know they might not always have space, even if you call ahead! overall 20/10 experience, i absolutely love this place read more

Love that these guys are still taking precautions to protect against COVID 19. They control the number of people in the salon by buzzing people in. They require a temperature check at the door and provide hand sanitizer. You must wear a mask while inside the salon. I brought my own polish. I like the polish with the strengthener in it. It looked great on my toes. But, it was streaky on my hands. I was disappointed that the tech didn't point that out and offer another polish option. She just finished and top coated before I saw the streaks. I had to re-polish my hands when I got home. I'll just have to be more cognizant next time. read more

Super disappointed. I really like the way they do my nails. Today I set an appointment for 1. Showed up a few minutes early and was told to have a seat. There were 4 others waiting before I arrived. They didn't tell me there would be a wait or how long it might be. Everyone was with someone and didn't look like they would be done anytime soon. I set the appointment on my lunch break and unfortunately couldn't wait any longer. After waiting 30 minutes I left. There is no point in setting an appointment here. They prioritize their walk ins before appointments. If you do go, plan on waiting. read more

This place is very clean, the staff are friendly, and they do a very good job! I came in on a Tuesday and it was practically empty, but the manager stated it was unusual to be this empty. I loved how quiet and relaxing it was with not too much going on. The place is rather large and has many pedicure and manicure stations. I got a dip manicure done by Kevin, the manager, and it was great! My nails were pretty short but he did a good job of shaping and applying polish without getting it on my skin. I liked that he asked me what shape I wanted for my nails and then had me look when he was done filing them. The only downside was the small color selection for dip - don't come here if you're in for some crazy colors because they don't have those. If you're in this area, I recommend trying this place out for a great experience! read more

I'm not sure what went wrong. Bad products maybe but I had 5 nails split on the sides. Such a painful thing I have never had happen before. One even started bleeding! My friend also had 6 of her nails break as well. Upon soaking off what was left, chunks of real nail would just fall off. Also, while there an employee was arguing with a customer about how they don't have any of the colors that are on display at the front. Then another argument about something with her cuticle. It made things tense and awkward. I'm very upset about how much of my real nails were grinded down. read more

I've been going to BNB for awhile without complaint...until lately. The last few times when I showed up for my "appointment" I had to wait some thirty minutes. It was clear they were overbooked. About the third time this happened, I was not happy. I was asked if I can wait again. I explained that I had a set appointment. I was then told that since the person (who came in after me) had specified exactly who they wanted to do their nails, their appointment took precedence over mine. I said I didn't know some appointments could trump others...so what's the purpose of having an "appointment"? There was no apology to me for inconvenience of having me wait, no offer for a credit on my service -nothing except that I sit and wait until someone was free to do my nails. There's no regard for an appointment made (or the customer's time) and you're expected to work around their overbooked schedule - even if you have an appointment. Before you go in, call and confirm your service will be at the time you scheduled your appointment. It's been over one month now. They know me and have my phone number. They've not bothered to call to apologize or to redeem themselves for the inconvenience to me. Not a good way to run a business or treat returning customers. This speaks volumes. I won't return. read more

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I called for a pedicure/manicure appt and thought I had an appt for 9a, two days later. I arrive and no one was there until 9:15 and then didn't have my appt in their 'book' and couldn't take me, told me to come back later. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past I tried to make an appt on line, arrived at my day/time and they didn't have my appt then and told me to call next time. What is the point of trying to make an appt? There are other nail salons around. read more

So I asked the man for ombré nails... he not only didn't take off my old acrylic nails but when he filed them he made them more coffin shaped, which would have been alright but he didn't even do them evenly... I have nails that are shaped one way or another... then he put the acrylic on, and they look like someone dumped acrylic on and didn't shape or even them out, or get them close to my cuticles it looks like I've had these for a week after walking out of the store..... when I tried to get him to fix it he argued that ombré was thick like that... the owner wouldn't even do anything but tell me that's how ombré looks and is thicker... over all I hate them I'll be ripping them off and never ever going here again read more

Luckily, we were able to walk in for pedicures as we didn't make an appointment. Service was very good! It was quiet and relaxing while we were there. We love when they have the massage chairs, which they did. They have multiple options for pedicures. We chose the exfoliation one. I would have liked the massage to be longer but it was the usual amount of time. Polish has lasted for a week, so far! read more

This place may be the worst place to get a spa pedicure in the Denver area. I spent over $200 as a treat for my wife and they used a shellac on both the manicure and pedicure. The shellac on one nail came totally off after 10 days and all the rest lasted under 2 weeks. They would not stand behind their service at all and wanted full price to fix them. WARNING, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

We made an appointment, but they were so busy we had to wait over 20 minutes for our service but it was well worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have been to many nail salons in the Green Mountain/Lakewood area but will make this my go to mail salon from now on. They did a fantastic job and I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and they did a great job on my 12 year olds Mani/pedi. Everything was clean and sanitized! I highly recommend this salon! read more

BAD BAD BAD customer daughter & myself have going to BNB for a while now & spending $245 every time plus 50 to 100 for tips. But this time getting the gel nails & spa my nails begin breaking in about 3 days , so returning to shop and speaking with the little man I guest suppose be the manger kept trying tell me that I had to hit my nails on something. I stated no my nails just wasn't done correct or strong enough , so by this time he started saying you had to hit your nails and I'm going charge $8 per nail and replied no I will give you $8 this time all my broken nails. Finally!!! A great salon in belmar!! This used to be Nail City but they've had a change in ownership and now it's BNB (better nail brand). I've been twice since it's opened and I get a dip mani and they last the whole two weeks; no chipping, splitting, breaking, or popping off. I've heard complaints from existing clients that the price has gone up but honestly, the prices are comparable to every salon I've been to. They do ombré dip nails and that's $55, other dips/gel are $40 (I think, give or take a $5 or so). Really sweet people and they do a great job! read more

So scary!!! No masks at all-- until I walked in. The service is horrible. The man (manager) is horrible!!! I asked him about t5he masks-- he told me Covid is not real!!! I had my nails done here before-- 7/10 of the nails broke in the first 48 hours. As usual made an appointment..... they always make you wait. What is the purpose for an appointment if you wait 30 plus minutes. I hear them on the telephone to come in and yet they have again they have you wait. I have been loyal to them for several years and never a discount for the inconvenience or the lack of unprofessionalism. So much for Loyalty, all they care about is the money!!!! My wife came to this place to get her nails done. The individuals who worked there were extremely rude and did not do what she wanted. They were even racist. As a 42 year old white male i am incredibly appalled, i have never seen such bad mannered individuals behave with such insolence. read more

Kevin the manager was the WORST at being helpful, I came in on Saturday to get a mani and pedi and the lady who did them was wonderful unfortunately the gel started to lift up I came in today to get it fixed and Kevin the manager wanted to file down the nail I had asked him not to file them down since my nail wasn't cracked as I had looked at my nail prior I asked him to remove the polish and redo it on ONE nail since the polish is what was lifted. He started yelling at me and refused too. I had a spare moment between client meetings and spare of the moment decided to get my nails done here. The most important thing to me is that the nail salon is clean and feels hygienic. The BNB Nails and Spa was indeed and felt hygienic. I cannot fault them at all. secondly is I expect to be treated like a queen! I don't know - I just want the carpet rolled out for me when i get my digits done. The service they provided was great - however I felt like the queens sister, not the queen. My sister in law got her nails done at around 9am. It's her birthday and she wanted to do something special for today. She doesn't speak English and I understand if the employees couldn't be able to communicate her but they didn't ask her if she could speak English or Spanish to be able to corporate or communicate eachother. She showed a picture what she wanted and the guy understood. He did my sister in law bad, she paid 60 dollars for this? This place had terrible service. They weren't even focused on the nail job that I had spent money on. They were instead on the phone, talking amongst themselves, and just being extremely unprofessional. They would be rude to me and didn't even try to communicate what I had wanted. So my wife went and got her fingers practically mauled by a nail file and partially cut the finger on the side by how jagged sides were. So I took her to another nail technician how became livid and even claimed these people should be reported to the board and shut down.
