I had a horrible experience at this nail shop.. first while getting my nails done the lady kept drilling the tip of my fingers. Also while getting my nails done, there was a burning sensation in my fingers from whatever powder they used. Once she was done I looked over my nails and there was one nail that was crooked. So I asked if I could have it fixed I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get it fixed. Then my toes did not come out good at all. I will not be going back. Terrible work! My mom and I went in to get pedicures and I got a refill. They cut my moms big toenail wrong and she has an in grown nail forming now! My refill was so poorly done the nails were breaking within a day of the work, by 1 weeks I had to remove all of them! Can't believe we wasted money on such a bad job! read more

January 24th, I walked in during my lunch break and asked for dip on my nails. Everything went fine, I liked how the tech worker and everything. Had no problems. By Saturday, one of the nails had popped off. I'm like okay maybe it was something I did, knocked it or something. By Tuesday afternoon, 4 more nails had popped off. I return to the shop so they can repair my nails. I went in and was told by the owner of the shop, the person who did them isn't here come back tomorrow. Returned the next day after work and the technician only repaired the nails that had popped off. If you can tell in the last photo, the nails are different colors. My pinky was from the 1st time I went and middle and index are the repaired nails. The pinky and my ring finger were not touched at all. The nails that were not repaired broke off that night. Returned yet again to the shop and the fixed all my nails expect the pinkys. However, they did not do a full round of dip on the remaining nails. Usually I would notice they would do 3 sets of the dip and then sell my nails. Well I guess they were tired of seeing me and they only did about 2 sets and let me go. Well as expected the nails really chipped and cracked. Highly disappointed. I spent $50 plus tip on these nails for them to not even last a week. And the subpar service was the icing on the cake. I work as a dental assistant and I wash my hands a lot, but the quality of service and how long they lasted was very disappointing. I will not be returning. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

Asked for a cuticle cut and the girl started refill before cutting my cuticle. Kept asking why and she just ignored me. Showed my coworkers and they said they wouldn't of paid. The only reason why I am leaving one star is because my toes came out good. I went in for shellac and got white. There were bumps all over my thumbs and asked to get it fixed, my nail lady got an attitude and then fixed it. The nail polish is on my skin as well, she did not clean it up properly. Also, my nails are filed unevenly. I am very upset with how a simple white shellac came out. This is what I get for cheating on my nail lady. read more

I visited this nail salon as I was early to a dentist appointment and they were located nearby. I was seen right away and the ladies were nice. However, a few days later I noticed tenderness on my right thumb nail. I had the shellac polish removed (at a different salon) and my nail was cracked from top to bottom. About a week later, infection set in and I am now on my second round of antibiotics with no relief. My doctor was pretty confident that the infection set in as a result of the manicure and unsanitary instruments. I do not wish this pain on anyone! read more

I really enjoy this place. They have great prices and do great work. There is never too long of a wait, and they keep things moving pretty well. My only complaint is the staff is blatant to talk about you, in their native language, right in front of you. They will look you up and down, nudge each other, start talking and laughing as the other looks you up and down. They do it right in front of your face with no shame or guilt. Decided to give this place a try because my normal place is closed on Sunday's. There was no wait and they gave me a free bottle of water (thus the two stars). I arrived at 4 pm and their door said they closed at 5, so plenty of time for a basic pedicure. They began cleaning up the place to close at 4:30 and made me pay before my toe nails were even painted. Aside from that, the nail tech cut my toe nails WAY too short, like to the nerve. And she reassured me that "it okay." Lastly, I found a hot pink OPI color I liked that she applied to my toenails. All good, so I took a picture of the name to purchase it later only to find the actual color of that OPI name is a lavender purple, not hot pink. So I have no idea what was put on my toes because it was not OPI. Very disappointed and won't be going back. read more

Only go here for a polish change. Every other service is horrible - especially the shellac, mine only lasted for 3 days. I went back and asked them to do it again, and while in the salon the polish started bubbling again and they made three of my nails bleed and mixed the blood with the shellac. My family has been coming to E Nails for years now, and while we love that it's a neighborhood fixture, convenience isn't the only reason that E Nails is our go-to. They are thorough and don't cut corners, and they do it all at fair prices. For example, the standard spa pedicure is my usual treatment and each step is done like it's the only step in the process; they don't fly through the foot massage on the way to the last soak before the first coat of polish. They give you a proper foot massage. Be present; enjoy it! Every time we go to get our nails done, we see people we've seen there before; many are having conversations with one another and catching up from the last time they saw one another at E Nails. I never got routine manicures or pedicures until I discovered E Nails on Bissonnet very near my house. The shop is not elaborate but is comfortable. They do a wonderful job and the cost is very reasonable. Jessie is the life of the party at ENails and gives a fantastic manicure. Linda is great too. She gives great pedicures and they work very hard for their customers. Very friendly, good prices and great results. What more could you want from a nail shop?? read more
