I went into Infinity on a whim, deviating from my usual nail salon to find a more convenient place for a removal and basic gel manicure. Having never been there before, I was immediately impressed by the vibe of the salon: spacious, clean, modern, and relaxed. Some salons can feel too small and crowded, but the wide layout of Infinity really helped to create a comfortable setting. It was 2 pm in the middle of the work week, so they were quick to take me without an appointment. The tech who removed my set was very quick and gentle. I didn't experience a single moment of burn. Tam did my nails, and she was amazing and so sweet. I was going to get dip powder at first, as I wanted something light and natural to help grow my nails out. However, after Tam explained the difference between dip and builder gel, I felt encouraged to give the latter a try. I'm glad I did, because it was exactly what I was looking for. My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails. Another thing I noticed was how welcoming all of the staff were. They were chatting with customers like they were old friends, asking about the well being of family members and kindly gossiping. I made an appointment via class pass and I was not disappointment. I actually arrived early and they took me in immediately. I scheduled a classic pedicure and upgraded my services at the location. I also added a manicure which they were able to do at the same time of the pedicure. Now the reason they got a 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the manicure not being the best. I understand efficiency but the lady did not get all of my cuticles which was upsetting. Unsure if I would go back but there was lots of parking (private lot) and the service was friendly. read more

Very disappointed with my first (and LAST) visit. I came after work around 5:15 as they advertise "close at 7" but I absolutely picked up on the vibe of everyone wants to go home early. The lady that was assigned to me had no customer service I asked her for pink and she told me she only had 2 colors around my shade and no other pink, that was it. As I looked around puzzled she grabbed the nail book and I chose my color. She told me she can't do any design and if I wanted a design she'll get someone else bc she can't. Only full color. I agreed, she wanted me to get a complete new full set I said no multiple times. My pinky nail was chipped so I asked if she can just extend the acrylic. She said no that it has to be a brand new nail. At this point...I don't know what she can do as a nail artist. She also began doing her own nails as I was drying. When she was done I had to ask for a warm towel as my hands were left with the aftermath and clean myself up. By 6:30 only 2-4 workers were left as they were zooming out! Just the worst experience. This shop is so cute and super clean! They are very accommodating as well. I called in on a Monday afternoon, they were able to find a spot for me. My nail technician was very professional, efficient & did not cut me once. The shape was perfect as well. I got dip powder with add-on tips. The only thing I noticed is after a couple weeks, I saw cracks underneath. The actual nail did not crack but the powder seem to be cracked underneath somehow. One of my nails lifted after about 3 weeks, and the rest started to lift close to 4 weeks. Overall, it's not bad. I have had a dip set last for 5 weeks before, but 4 weeks is reasonable. I really liked the shape and how thin it was (looks more natural to me). I'll definitely give this shop another try. read more

Ask for Sam.. she is the sweetest! I never felt rushed, she was super friendly and I was still in and out of there in less than an hour. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to still fit me in with minimal wait (on a Friday afternoon). As of 6/30/23, all services are currently 20% off.
