Employment scam just to steal ID information! I am now scared they will gain access to all my information!

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THIS WOMAN'S MOUTH IS NOTHING BUT LIES. Here's my update on my situation. I've emailed them daily about my money that they refuse to return. First she told me that my account has not been verified by the bank. Why hasn't she notified me about this sooner so I can help them out? Perhaps one of her stalling tactics. She then told me that she was referring my account to H&R and she will see to it that I'm notified by someone before the end of that week which is the week of July 10th. I asked her to provide me H&R information on the 8th of July but no response. On July 9th I emailed her again then she made it seem like I have some mental problems. Now if this bitch think that she can keep my money and I'm not going to keep asking for it then she can think all she wants of me. Mental problem? This bitch is the one taking people's money but I am the one with the mental problem? There are 12 people that I know of personally that she has their money but she kept lying about sending them a schedule of their payouts but when the date comes around there is no money send to them. She has even lied to them about sending them wires but there's always something wrong with the other investors' bank even though these people have send Aneaka their money from the same bank. Most of these people are military veterans that are both active duty and retired. My husband is retired military. What a way to repay our military people that are fighting for these people's freedom. On Friday the 10th she emailed David Ostwinkle of Hill & Rainey Attorneys and included me on it. David did not contact me until Wednesday July 15th because I've asked Aneaka for my money every single day after she promised that her trustee will contact me the week before, so I included David on my emails. He emailed me this. "I am David Ostwinkle, an attorney in Virginia, and I represent Aneaka English. Please be advised that I am aware of your situation and will be helping Ms. English navigate through resolving the issues involved, including the prepared release you have been presented with. Please do not email me repeatedly." I don't really care about this dude's request to not email him repeatedly. HE STILL HAS NOT CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. So he WILL continue to be included in all my emails with this lady that is trying to steal my money. Aneaka emailed me on Monday July 20th asking what my opposition is with the release that they send. I told her that her lies that she told me in an email on June 24th stated that she would pay me my first interest payment on the 6th of July but it's been almost a month and I haven't received anything. She send a payment schedule and I didn't agree with it because I need my money and she lied about sending me money. Apparently from talking to other investors she has been saying the same thing to them. She has been taking their money and then providing them with a payment schedule that she never used. This lady is a liar. Currently she has 2 pending lawsuits against her. One in Virginia and I know of this lady and another in Washington DC which is a Canadian man. One of my friends is also seeking an attorney to sue her so that would be a third lawsuit. Aneaka English of ES Realty contacted me after I posted on CL seeking an apartment. She proceeded to collect a hefty retainer fee from me, then brought me ALL properties from CL ads that I could have found myself, many of which were well outside my defined area. Shortly after, she stopped returning most of my phone calls an emails, only responding about a quarter of the time. I brought her a property I found and viewed on my own, asking her to negotiate on my behalf. She explicitly told me not to put in an application because she had already taken care of it. Three weeks later, upon calling the property to take matters into my own hands, I find out they had NEVER heard of me or her, and had leased the apartment to someone who had actually submitted an application. After this, Aneaka would only return my calls/texts/emails once I got angry enough to demand my retainer fee back immediately. She promised the to return the fee within 7-10days, now six weeks later still no check. Apparently she left Keller Williams since December and they want NOTHING to do with her. I've called the office number she gave me about 40 times', and no one has ever answered. She sent me to the office to pick up my check once, and not only was there no one there, but there also wasn't any actual office. I'm not even sure she's licensed. Stay away. read more

I began investing with Aneaka English, Founder of E.S. Investment LLC in 2008. I was referred to Aneaka by her family member. Aneaka provides a remarkable first impression. She is young, knowledgeable and polish. Aneaka markets her business with a great presentation however she is a scam artists. The business she originally created is a ponzi scheme and has evolved into several other businesses. Unfortunately, I invested in Aneaka's business and never received my final payout of $26,000.00. She attempted to wire funds to my account and provided false wiring numbers. She also attempted to mail a check to me and provided a false tracking number. In September 2015, she mailed me a check from her business account in the amount of $26,000.00 through her Wells Fargo account. I attempted to cash my final payout check at Wells Fargo Bank and there were insufficient funds in her account. Over the years, she has contacted me and asked if I received my money. She is fully aware that I did not receive my final payout. Aneaka owes several individuals money. Google her name and lawsuits against her have been filled. Unfortunately, these situations are hard to prove. I wanted to give Aneaka the benefit of the doubt and support a young entrepreneur. Do not invest in her business. read more
