They constructed a fence on the border between my property and my neighbors…read more These are specific issues with the lumber: * Many of vertical pickets in this fence have cracks, some have mold on them, and are defective. * Many of posts are also defective. They have cracks and all of them have not been properly cemented and secured to the ground. * Some of the bottom kickboards have long cracks. These are specific issues with very poor quality of contractor's work: * Many pickets' bottoms are not leveled straight * There is a piece of wood that is laying free and has not been screwed or nailed anywhere * There are screws that are coming through the wood with its sharp end and can injure someone I included just a few pictures to demonstrate the defective materials they used and their very poor quality of work. After filing a complaint with California licensing board, the inspector came to inspect the fence and the contractor paid us to repair the fence per the inspector's report. We recommend to stay away from this company.

A few months later I needed more done, roughly 1/2 to one full days worth for post hole digging. When called Skeeter said he would come out a do it. We arraigned a time day and time. I followed up and reconfirmed, simple dig post holes and get paid. Skeeter never showed up, I called and left messages, but never heard from Skeeter again. It was like he was telling me to FO for no reason. I found Skeeter an unreliable source for work. Perhaps someone new owns this business and I would give them the benefit of the doubt... But Skeeter was an unreliable POS.

And the little concrete that was on a few posts was below the water line so of course rotted quickly. The boards were also not even nailed to posts correctly. It was so poor other contractors would t even touch it and wanted start over completely. I have filed a claim on bond and license to put toward a new fence by a competent contractor. This summer, I was lucky enough to get a spot in his busy schedule to completely repaint my house and replace the siding as needed. While replacing the siding, he found some random electrical issues with the old wires but he just took it in stride and was able to get everything taken care of and fixed.
