Don't go there. I have lived in oak Lawn for 40 years and never had a problem with a business. I was on the board of directors for the Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce for 30 years and I like the local businesses. But EZ Clean is no good. They quote a price and change it charging more. Very few of their employees speak English. What is that about. Owner yells at my wife disrespectful to women!! read more

They don't listen when instructed. I was also the only car there so they weren't even busy. One of them left hands prints on the doors when they closed them and didn't even bother to wipe it off. There were also two dirt spots on the roof of my car. You're literally hand washing it how do you miss a spot? It's not badly price but for what you're paying everything should be spotless. Especially, you're the only car and have 4 people cleaning it . read more

please do not go to this business no matter how dirty your car is. The management team there is horrible and they steal items out of your vehicle. The quality of the wash is subpar to say the least and you will be missing items from your vehicle. Made a mistake and went there and this happened to me. All the while the manager, who is from the middle east, was defrauding another customer out of their money. Beware. read more

I had my cars washed one after the other in December 2025. I was very dissatisfied with the work that was done. The windows still had a light film on them in certain areas. The dash panel had streaks on it as well. Certainly with this kind of work it wasn't worth the $27 per car. Definitely will NOT return. read more

In case you can't tell by the responses the owner has to anyone who isn't satisfied with his business, you can very easily assume that the owner is not nice and charges a lot of extras to his customers. Never in my life have I heard of a business owner who treated his customers so poorly. My sister was literally in tears due to the "tongue lashing" she was subjected to by the owner - she's a single Mom with small children, and doesn't deserve to be ripped off then berated by this business. Stay away - stay far away if you don't want to be ripped off, then treated like a child. I cannot believe they are still in business. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but not at the expense of my mental health. Shame on you for your lack of human decency. read more

The owner is pathetic. Every negative comment he blames the customer. He went to from having a low rating for months to having close to five stars...seems like he had to beg family/friends to leave a positive review to get his ratings up. His only combat is always assuming people work from home. He's clearly uneducated because he acts like people who work from home can't make enough money. People who work from home does not mean they are uneducated. I hope he learns that him responding to every review disrespectfully, is a bad reflection on himself. Professionals, and educated people understand you don't rudely respond to paying customers who are helping your business! I hope people continue you leaving negative reviews so he changes his procedure. read more

I was visiting my friends in Oak Lawn and decided to stop here for a car wash given I have small children. The owner was rude and. Charged me for services I did not was belligerent about it. I was a loyal customer to this business for over 4 years until just recently. I took my vehicle in for a wash and trunk shampoo. I am a private Chef so I have spills all the time no big deal. A couple of things needed to be removed from the trunk for cleaning. If I only knew my things would come up MISSING. I contacted the owner right away thinking maybe they just forgot to put my Chef backpack back into the trunk. The owner always too busy to talk. "I will review the cameras and you can come look with me" never received a call. I called again "ahhhh my cameras blurry in that area. I can review them at my house" Again ,never received a call. I too am a business owner and if anyone ever made an accusation of my employees stealing I would be all over it. I guess I never got that call because you could see clearly what your employees are doing. SAVE YOURSELF SOMETIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE read more

my car needed some TLC and they cleaned it perfectly. this is my place to go. it's local and Al is a very kind person. The price is perfect and I tipped because I was so appreciative of the workers hard work and I'm not a cheap scarcity miserable person, so gross energy. I'm going monthly to keep my car clean. when my friends say they'll drive and their car is hot mess, I won't go in their car and I advise them to go to Ez clean because that's what good friends do. read more

I have visited this location on multiple occasions. The workers are always very nice, and give out great energy. When I had questions or last minute add ons it's never an issue. I've never had a problem. The detail I received today and the customer service was even worse. I went there for a full detail of my sons car and they gave me the car back half cleaned with soaking wet carpet and damaged exterior paint. Under new management. The manager is super cool despite him being a Sox fan. I've been bringing my vehicles here since I've moved to the area. They are packed on the weekends but they do a great job. Plus they recently got more chairs to sit in and a larger tv. Update: came today and I'm so mad. I got the $22 wash and come out to a semi clean car. I'm so disappointed. They didn't clean the mirrors or vacuum the inside like they said they do. They also went a little crazy on the amor all on my floor mats making my foot slippery on the gas and brake. I asked them to vacuum and clean the mirror and they did but I shouldn't have to ask them to do something they should have done to begin with. I was fine with it but then tonight I'm driving home from the store and they literally only wiped down half of the windshield. I mean really their was a bunch of guys working absolutely no reason I pay more and get worse service. This place use to be one of my favorite places but after today I think I need to find a new place. I'm very disappointed. read more

Absolutely horrible job and customer service. The manager was extremely rude to me because his workers did a terrible job! He actually kept calling me sweetheart in a rude manner,I am a lady in her 80s. He told me to find another car wash instead of fixing the issues. They never even wiped down my screen or mirror inside my car, I purchased the most expensive car wash offered. It was suppose to include Armor All on all seats, dash and doors. They didn't do any of it. All and all a terrible job and was totally disrespected! Also the phone number listed is bogus read more

I have been here three times in the last several months. Right now I am sitting here waiting for my car to be done. It has been over an hour. The last time it was over an hour as well. The hour is from the time I paid and doesn't even include the wait in the line. The most frustrating thing is that a car two cars behind me drove away 10 minutes ago. I won't be returning. read more

Manager has an attitude. Find another a carwash where they know how to talk to customers

After a very long wait in their line, they seen me get there they seen my vehicle and waited for me to get to the front of the line to deny me service stating that my car was too dirty and to think I was going to let these guys wash my car, my old car that is starting the process of being resurrected to its glory days mind you it was only dirt that was from the elements not road dirt or grease or tar or any of that i'm glad I did not get any services from them. These guys want it easy They have no purpose in being in the Cleaning business if they can't clean a car read more

Sent my Audi for a full service detail. These guys do a SICK job #1 in the industry no doubt! Worth every penny ill never go anywhere else

The worse service ever! I have been here several times before but today the service was terrible. I had an appointment today at 9:00am and I arrived at 9:00am. I was told the owner would be here by 9:30am. I've waited for an hour and he did not show. I asked an employee what is going on? and his response was I don't know ‍ i keep calling him. I will never use this device again! very unprofessional I keep someone waiting for an hour when they have a scheduled appointment and you don't even follow up with them read more

I was told the wash was going to be a certain amount and it ended up costing more. They told me about the price increase until I went to pick it up. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I dropped off my car for a full detail, it was there for two days. when I went to pick up my car it was filthy after paying 275$. I asked to talk to a manager waited for him to arrive to only be totally disrespected. He does not respect woman. My car when I picked it up looked like baby oil was all over my seats and it was never waxed or even vacuumed out. This is the worst place I have ever visited. The manager/owner is a fat young middle eastern man who's daddy obviously invested money for the business and let his misfit son run it. He has 0 respect for his customers. read more

They provide good service , hard workers and work is done on time as promised. I would highly recommend this place for your detail !

I was in a jam on Tuesday morning I needed my car cleaned by Thursday morning called around not a lot of places were open. Called EZ clean twice they return the call without me leaving a message said that I could bring the car in within a half hour to be detailed. Now mind you this wasn't an easy job. we had traveled 1400 miles with five dogs that shed terribly two times and the car hadn't been cleaned since we got home in January. Picked up the car at 3 o'clock The same day there was not a single dog hair in it!!! they even cleaned in the spare tire compartment for me! wouldn't go any place else to get my car detailed best place ever!!! thank you to all guys that helped me out I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. read more

This place was packed and everyone that worked here, including the manager, was really nice. Nevertheless, this is Oak Lawn and expectations of superior service just aren't reasonable. They do a decent, not great, job. These complaints might have merit if your car was detailed but you can't expect perfection. Had my truck washed over the weekend and during the wash one of the workers cranked my driver seat so far towards the steering wheel and elevated it so high they crushed the wiring underneath the harness as well as blowing the power out on the passenger side as well. I brought them a written diagnosis from a certified mechanic specifying what caused the issue but the manager showed no accountability in helping resolve the issue and stated that he will not be liable. The time before that they lost my car key and I was stuck there for almost an hour until they found it. Like the saying goes. fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. wow...where do I begin? Not only did I wait for 30 minutes outside without one single person coming up to me to ask if I needed help or what kind of car wash I would like, but I peeked inside and there were a bunch of guys standing around and no cars being washed!! Now this is the second time I've come here, and it was horrible the first time as well, so I guess it's my own fault, but I thought I'd give them another shot because it's a hand car wash as opposed to a machine. So I walk up to the girl at the front desk who has a personality of a shoe and she tells me someone will be with me......no one came. So I go outside and start to get upset, ask a random worker what the deal is, and they were like, "oh! yeah, pull your car here." Ok...I wait ANOTHER 30 minutes in the waiting room, no one approaches me again. There are guys standing all over doing absolutely nothing just on their phones, so I grab another person and ask for inside/outside wash and carpets shampooed. Finally I pay, and ask how long it will be. 40 minutes. I said I have to be out in 15, he says no problem. Great. 1 HOUR LATER: they tell me my car is done, they open the door, and the ENTIRE inside is untouched! carpets untouched! dust all over! I ask them to please clean the inside since I have already paid for it, and what do they do? They use some sort of rough cloth and scratch up my entire wood paneling on the inside dash of my car. To say that I am furious is an understatement. read more

Worst place ever since new management! They don't call you when your car is ready for pick up and when you call to ask they give you attitude over the phone. The manager gave my husband attitude by saying that if we don't like the way he does things then don't come back. He also said that it's not their responsibility to call people because they don't collect your personal data but when we dropped off and asked he said yes they would call. My car was half assed cleaned. Still have spots over my glove compartment. Center console wants cleaned. They stole my back weather tech mat and upon further inspection no cleaning was done in the rear of my Pacifica minivan. read more

2 bad experiences. 1. My first time I tried this place I had brand new rims on my Porsche Cayenne. My car was clean but they ruined my Porsche rim center caps that have the Porsche signal on it. After talking to them they advise me that they put an acid on the rims to clean them and that I would have to advise them prior to cleaning. There was no notice of this anywhere in the shop. I guess I should automatically know of their car washing process. I shrugged it off and said whatever. I paid 16 the first time. 2. I come back again and advise them about my rims. And they wash again for 27$. As soon as I come up to the car I notice blemishes on my car and it doesn't look clean. So I figured they had not started yet because it not that much time has passed. After further inspection I found about 10 different spots on my car. Oil and tar spots on the hood, trunk, side mirrors, and door handles. They had an excuse for every single spot. We don't do that, you have to pay more, car came in like that, that was there, that doesn't come off.!!!! even the manager an older white haired white man in his late 60s or 70s looks and agrees with the other workers. Admits nothing and doesn't try to fix the situation. Just said the car needed to be buffed and waxed. I told them my car was not clean and that they needed to clean it. On top of that after inspecting the interior , it was dirty. There were multiple areas on the doors with dust and garbage pieces were visible by the carpets. The door jambs were muddy or dirty so they didn't clean that either. They don't clean your car interior or exterior adequately, they overcharge you, they don't respect their paying customers, they have horrible customer service. If I were you I would go somewhere else there are plenty of places to go. -Krystal clean on 83 Pulaski (decent price) -Fullers full service on 95 Cicero or state road and Cicero (decent prices) -Latinos wash on archer and Ashland (cheapest) read more
