I brought my car in today and left very disappointed. During the service, the staff accidentally placed my passenger-side floor mat into another customer's car. Their only solution was to put a thin paper mat on my floor, even though it's snowing and the roads are full of slush and salt. A paper mat does nothing to protect my carpet, and now I'm forced to drive with my interior at risk for staining, moisture damage, and excessive dirt. They apologized but still charged full price and offered no real resolution -- just a comment that the other customer "comes weekly," which doesn't help me at all today. Mistakes happen, but responsible businesses offer actual solutions. A temporary rubber mat, a replacement, or reimbursement would have been reasonable. Instead, I left with my car unprotected. Decided to try this car wash place and was honestly disappointed. My car got scratched and it left dirty spots on my car as well. I went back and they offered to try and remove the scratch but it wouldn't come off. Definitely not worth $15 read more

My husband has been coming here for years so I finally decided to give it a try. Today Sunday I arrived at 1:25pm and there were cones already set to not enter I decided to call as I'm coming pretty far and my husband also brought his vehicle. When I call and ask why it's block if it's not 2pm as how it's state they close the man (believing it's the owner as he sounded older) told me in a RUDE tone why I didn't wake up earlier if I had all morning to come....... excuse me sir I had errands to do and it does say you close at 2pm then maybe you should change your time to reflect the last vehicle entering. I will never go back here I told my hubby what and how he said it and he said he's going to talk to the lady. Have been going to this place for years, watched a porter drive up my car and killed it two times then whipped the parking brake while rolling stretching the cable, then he jumped out and swung the door open and hit the wall so hard it bounced off, went in there to talk to the guy and he didn't even speak English, talked to the owner and he denied everything and would not cover damaged to my door and started trash talking my car like it was a piece of crap like it's not even new, my car is in great condition for a 2006. That has nothing to do with the fact your employee scraped my door. Screw this immigrant piece of crap place. read more

Excellent car wash! The employees are friendly and do a great job with interior and exterior cleaning. My car was spotless and looked brand-new after using their service. Just make sure you're not in a hurry because they take their time -- this isn't a 5-minute wash. There are chairs and a TV in the lounge area while you wait, and the wait will be worth it. I'm not sure about their other services or the prices, I've only ever done the regular wash, paid $20 plus tip. read more

Not only is the wait extremely long for them to do a crappy job but today was probably one of the worst experiences here. I parked my car for them to wash it as i was walking by one of the guys soaked me with the water hose. Then he scolded me by saying not to be walking by the cars.. umm hello thats the only way i can walk to get to the waiting room. Instead of apologizing to me he yelled at me. I told him I wasn't even near the car for him to wet me like that. Then as i was walking away he laughed away with his paisa friends.. these people have horrible customer service skills. Had to drive around two times to find the actual entrance. Once in line litterly took 30 mins before 2 cars even moved. Once I got a glimpse of the ACTUAL wash area it reminded me of a hoarders house. So much garbage so much clutter for no valid reason. Didn't even get my car washed I left as soon. Possibly the worst and slowest hand wash car wash in Chicago. In 40 minutes they only got 3 cars washed. I wouldn't suggest bringing a car there. You're better off washing it at home. Unless you have hours to spare you'd be better off going some here else .if I could I'd give it 0 stars read more

I came here this morning around 9 am. After waiting a hour in a half to get my car washed. When I saw they was almost finish I went to the counter to request tire shine. The girl that was there stare at me as if I was to dare walk up to the counter. I politely request the tire shine and she basically blew me off. Two minutes later I was called to get my car. I tipped the car washers and left. When I arrive to my destination, I went in the back of my car to spray car fresheners, there was still paper/napkins in the doors and the rear carpet wasn't vacuumed! Oh, and the tire shine I requested and payed for wasn't applied either. I was upset and call them back and low and behold who picked u, this chick. I explained to her I just left and my car was not cleaned and she stated "Oh well.... bring it back. This was the one who stared and dared me to walk to the counter and ask for tire shine. I came back and Luis was as usual very accommodating and apologetic. He took care of everything. I've been coming to this car wash for years, the usual young guy and Luis has always made sure all the cars were up to good standards, this is what kept me coming back. I give them one star because this new girl manager was very unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude. As long as she is managing I will not be returning. read more
