The core issue isn't just that there's always a line--it's that the line is chaos. There's no clear system, no active management, and no sense that anyone is responsible for keeping things orderly. Cars cut in front of each other, people inch forward aggressively to claim space, and what should be a straightforward wait turns into a stressful, almost competitive experience. I've seen more than a few tense exchanges between customers, and it completely undermines what should be a routine errand. To be fair, the staff seem young and well-intentioned. They're not disengaged or rude. But they also don't appear trained or empowered to manage the flow of traffic or address the disorder. When things back up--which is often--there's no visible effort to step in and create structure. It feels like everyone is just reacting rather than running an actual system. And then there's the wash itself, which is... fine. Not terrible, but certainly not worth the time, frustration, and unpredictability of the experience leading up to it.
