Horrible car wash! Streaks all over the window, back window not even touched. Dust and fingerprints still on the dash. Center console not wiped down. What did I pay all this money for? Owner has no customer service and acts like we should be happy to be at his place. Do not spend money on disrespect and here you will be disrespected. If I could I would give this place no stars. We have been taking our cars to this place for yrs at the beginning they use to do a good job. Don't know what happen but as we continue to be customers their quality of work has been horrible and I've always thought it was due to always evening busy and in a rush so I never said anything. When washing our cars they ALWAYS seem to miss a few spots to where you can tell it wasn't washed, they forget to completely vacuum some part of the car or plain and simple leave the windows with streaks. What I mainly dislike that I've noticed is the same soapy water they use to was your car they end up using it and a few more cars and we all know what that can do. If the car before us was extremely dirty the dirt particles left in the water can actually scratch your paint. I wouldn't mind all the mistakes they do if I I only paid 10 buck for a car wash but that the reason why I don't take my car to fullers car wash cause the cars never come out looking fully clean, the machines always miss spots. For $40 a car wash you would think you would walk out with a nice clean car nope! Not this place I suggest if you need your car washed I would recommend taking it else where. I've given them more that a few times to prove me wrong and they have let me down. I will no longer take our cars and truck to them again. I have attached pictures below. This were taken the same day I took my Jeep to get wash on 01/20/21 and they only had one car in front of me and still managed to do a horrible job. The last time I went to this car wash was years ago because I moved but they are fantastic and very friendly. It was definitely worth the wait in line however, my car was filthy like 2 months worth of non-carwashing and came out spectacular. I love the hand car washing and it comes out so much better I will definitely go back. I had a lipstick mark on my leather seat and they were able to remove it. You guys rock!!!! read more

The car wash put two Hugh scratch's on my Explorer Sport (Black) very noticeable one going up and down and one going across. The OWNER denies this as he first wanted to show the camera to prove it wasn't done here then retracted his suggestion to prove his innocence before the police arrived and no video was ever shown.
