I'm now calling them to get the rest done because the wife and I loved it so much. We did have these high windows in the stairway of our home that we couldn't reach to bring them up and down. Signature Shades installed a remote feature for us... and get this - they even put a solar panel on the motor so we wouldn't have to change out the battery on the motor every 6 months (cause we wouldn't be able to reach to change the battery). Within a day of my Yelp posting, he stopped by our home to inspect our motorized shades. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with a reasonably priced solution. He kept me in the loop after informing me that part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. Once the part arrived to his company, Julien called and offered multiple appointment options. He returned to our home, installed the part and tested the repaired shade to confirm it was properly synced with our other shade and to our wall control unit. We will absolutely call Julien at A Shade Above if any of our other motorized shades need repair. My wife and I highly recommend you do the same!
